Absolutely love the idea of the Giants going non-QB (CB would be amazing) at the top of the 1st, wherever their pick ends up, or trading back a bit, and then trading back up into the first to get their QB. The QB crop seems better than originally thought, but still not top of the 1st level.
Still hard to fathom that Drew Allar is 20 and a half years old. I think he shows enough improvement the rest of the year to declare, but could easily see him going back for senior year. He’d be 22 and 1 month by the time 2026 draft comes. Thats still pretty young, and could sit a year or two before becoming an NFL starter. His arm talent and work ethic is way too good for a team not to take a shot in the 1st/2nd round. Every interview he does is a joy to listen to, great kid

Ashton Jeanty to Chicago Bears!! Center and Guard in Round 2. There’s a ton of interior Oline talent plug and play type of players all graded mid 2nd rd. Defense is solid on all 3 levels, they’re young, and under contract for 2-3 more years. These picks fixes the lack of run game and protect the QB that the Bears picked #1 overall this year and took 7 sacks against a bad Colts Defense.
I predicted a long time ago in a galaxy far away that Georgia Tech Center Weston Franklin would be at worst a 4th round pick, and I predicted the Falcons would take him -- FL St @ SMU should be an exciting game.

@@HailMarySports not overly thrilled with how that draft went down. I'm not high on Walter Nolen at all as of right now, pending re-eval. I probably would've traded down as soon as Walker went off the board for a guy like TJ Sanders. After that I probably would've went Jonah Monheim who fits the profile Monti loves with IOL. Plus those positions are up in the air after this year

The Bears have to get a starting Center, they just have to. It’s not even close, they don’t have anyone that can play the position effectively and it’s affecting the entire Oline play. They don’t have any other glaring weaknesses from a talent perspective. A C, RG, LT, are probably our weakest links on the entire team, in that order but the Center position isn’t even manageable at this point they have to find a replacement and having the capital that we have, one of those first 3 picks has to be a Center, trade down, trade up, whatever they do a Center needs to be part of our must haves on one of those picks.

@@HailMarySports a good starting Center? Connor Williams was the best available and he tore his ACL late last season so he had a lot of questions and hasn’t played very good for the Seahawks so far either. There are some studs available next year on paper but most of those teams will sign young-ish veteran starting Centers because they’re fairly cheap given other positions salaries. Free agency will be full of older players looking for a payday that other teams didn’t see the value in, and some injury cases. We should build through the draft, it’s more sustainable.

@@HailMarySports definitely would have been an upgrade but we didn’t get him at the end of the day. What if we don’t get the guy we want or he’s just not available next year? If we find a solid starter either way I’m all for it but we definitely have the draft capital to solidify the position.
I have a question, do you actually watch the games or just a few highlights here and there because the same defense that Miller Moss who is not coming out this year couldn’t beat this past week. Ewers dominated big time. I don’t know how you think he is even close to them other QBs 😂
I watch the whole game in coaching tape. Check out my X page because esp for Miller moss I posted a large quantity of plays that show my position.
Comparing stat lines between two players is not a great way to try to flex one being better than another
And Ewers literally almost threw a pick 6 too lmao. Plus his line let up nearly no pressure. Not trying to crap on Quinn, but there are many other factors than “scoreboard”
Quinn also has better weapons than Miller Moss and a better defense

@@HailMarySports Stutsman is a 4.62 guy. Slower than Dean who is too slow. Haven't seen Princely but stats are not good as far as tackles and nothing in coverage
