Can I ask a serious question? what if you work out can you wash your hair every day or at least a few times a week?

you could wash your hair every 3 days just make sure to use a moisturizing shampoo and in between use a clarifying shampoo for build up maybe once a week or every two weeks depending on how heavy the products you use are. I wash my hair every 4 days with no problem.

Yep…I wash and blow out my hair monthly. I use minimal products to avoid build up and I have no scalp issues thankfully.
