- Congress leader Rahul Gandhi took oath on the second day of the 18th Lok Sabha session on June 25. While taking the oath Rahul Gandhi raised his hand with the Constitution of India. Earlier, leaders of the Opposition INDIA bloc, including Congress Parliamentary Party Chairperson Sonia Gandhi and Congress national president Mallikarjun Kharge, staged a protest in the Parliament premises during the inaugural session of the 18th Lok Sabha on June 24.
