A shame that paramedics arent even allowed to give any kind of pain relief in france. No doctor need for that patient.

We don't have "paramedics" in France !! The first rescue squad that we see in the documentary are the "sapeurs-pompiers" that are firefighters and First aid rescue squad, but they can't give any medics.... the "Samu" is there for that!! It is the unit create for the medicalisation ! It's a systeme that work well in France 😊

​@@playstationgaminggab6175good to have doctor's on scene, but as well paramedics or nurses who can work alone. Do you have that much doctor's and all above the money for that expensive system?
Apart from that in that video it works not good cause the patient has pain. At least inhalative analgesics should be possible. In Australia even water rescue with first aid course can give that.
