Doy is so strict and professional, it's something different from what I've seen in K-Pop.. It's a little scary how intimidating he is but it's also very fascinating at the same time. I want to see the other guys find their confidence along the way, so I'm definitely going to stick around to watch NOMAD grow in their debut

It's seriously amazing how well Doy leads them and it's amazing watching them all learning, listening, and respecting him. It's so refreshing, they are genuinely a solid team and you can feel it even just just the two behind the scenes they've released.

I’m amazed to see how hardworking and professional they are. They obviously have staffs and professionals to help them but they are pretty much doing everything themselves. It must be very tiring and a lot of pressure but, from what we have seen so far, they are doing great already and i hope they will be rewarded for it and have a lot of success. + thank you for the eng subtitles!

Wowowow Doy can really articulate his criticism well and direct the members. I’ve mentioned before how his passion shines through, but this also shows how he’s honed his skill. I don’t know much about the other members by this point, but I can see they earnestly follow Doy’s instruction. It shows they trust his judgement, so I hope they can bounce off of one another and strengthen each other’s existing skills and weaknesses. I can imagine this level of perfectionism can be quite challenging and easily gets frustrating, but the pay off is incredible! Makes me want to support them more haha
Adding on, Doy is also really really strict with himself. Not from being over critical, but because he knows what he wants to put out. I can relate to that as a dancer and artist. It’s neat to see an idol reflect that.
I also like that he wants personality and expressions to come through in the sound because it really makes a difference. He had the boys do a couple different type of takes for the “yeah yeah yeah” part, with one of them being a free take with the members doing what they want. It clear he had them do that so they have fun and do what feels right- sometimes you have a perfect vision as a leader, but sometimes it’s more worth it for your members to show themselves.
I love watching their work because I know how hard they working hard to archive their dreams ❤️ LETS GO NOMAD

I love how Doy directs and guides everyone. He really embodies leader characteristics-firm yet gentle in correction, encouraging and uplifting in highlighting strengths! I’ve not been this excited about a group from debut but I am so excited to see what they have in store for the future! NOMAD is here and changing the game!!!
