This lake is 1.6 x 1.4 km in size. The purpose of the visit was to measure melt lake depth all over. Later, the measurements appeared in a study used to estimate the volume of this and other lakes. See

It is nearly impossible when there are no human made structures. This lake is 1.6 x 1.4 km in size.

It's actually melted rocks. Rock water.
