If reply comes ' no out of order' then vendor need to configure modem with correct data according to your State. Plz Talk to vendor. You can mention your FTTH phn no with your state and Dist. So that if I get correct data I can update you.

in my digisol modem router phone light is not blinking. I have not connect land line device.how can i know my voice configuration is ok.
If your configuration is ok then only phone light will blink, no matter if phn device is connected or not.

Why does it require port binding?
Port binding is only mandatory if multiple services are to be used in single modem. But for single Internet service port binding is not required.

You can bind one port for a perticular service . And another port or wifi for other service.
