    Such helpful tips Forest! I’ve also been focusing on what I can control especially during this chaotic time and just taking walks to clear my head.

    Focusing on what we can control was my favorite tip! And I can’t wait to read the adulting guide!

      Honestly, I think that's my favorite tip to give as well. It's so easy to get bogged down by what's happening in the future or things that we WANT to control, but are just simply out of our control.
