I'm a big fan of autumnal builds, so please start whenever you feel like it! This is really a fun build while being very practical. I can actually see the family who would live here, which is unusual for me. Very cool.

Amazing build! To help your umbrella rack predicament, you can go to thrift stores and look for cane racks or long pots/vases that you can use. Plus you can always make one! It’s just a sturdy tube right? There are so many things you can use to make one! I hope this was helpful!
A fall themed rental cabin in the woods would be absolutely amazing to see! Something cozy, but also maybe a bit spooky or something that has a long, old history.
This might be a bigger project but I have a suggestion for an autumnal build. Autumn Fair/Festival grounds? The lot type would be a park. With some fun activities for our sims to do, while also utilizing some of the food stalls. I love when I can get my sims out of their homes and meeting others.
The Mind Reader brand of umbrella holders (there are several styles) is available ship to store for under $30 at Home Depot, if that helps, but I don’t think they are actually in stock in store. This is a really cute friendly feeling family home. I mean there is a lot of different things to the fall season - what about a Northeast Hurricane ready coastal home in Brindleton Bay? I just think that could be a fun build and also a good reminder about being prepared for weather. Or a Back to School student home? Or an Apple orchard build? Tons of different “fall” builds that are September/ not full on spooky season appropriate! But also, yes, I am ready, bring on all the fall builds, bring on all the spooky builds, bring on all the cider donuts! I’m hoping they reorganize how origin does the custom bundles since it seems we aren’t getting stuff packs anymore - custom bundles were the best way to save on buying packs - maybe they could replace the one stuff pack in the bundle with two kits?
I literally want to live in most of your builds! This is an ideal family home and so pretty too. 😊 It is definitely not too early for an autumn build, especially if you're not into summer. Besides who cares! Your channel, your rules. 🙂🙂
This house reminds me of an old friend of mine that is fostering a toddler, has her own child and just adopted the older toddler they fostered for 600+ days! Its so tough to be a foster and these individuals are so generous and loving; this definitely fits that vibe! ❤

A hobbies game pack would be so cute! I would love bowls or pottery for elders. Or an update that let's you have family reunions or something.
I always thought the smoke detector needed to be close to the oven, but I notice you don't really place them in the kitchen often. So interesting to see how people think differently for building!!
I personally love autumn as well so maybe to prevent the feeling of being repetitive do a mini build series with like 3/4 episodes to build an autumn home on a large lot kind of like your farm build for cottage living!

Umbrella rack tip- For a cheap DIY umbrella rack go to Lowes ( or any hardware store) and get a 5 gallon bucket. You can make it look cuter by painting it, or leave it as is.

I'd love to see multiple Autumn/Fall builds, and if you want variety, you could base them on different aspects of the season, or different seasonal plants/foods? I'm thinking a sort of apple themed home, and a more pumpkin themed one a little later in fall...

Umbrella stand idea: what about going to homegoods or a similar store and getting a tall sturdy basket? Or a tall plant pot for an indoor plant? As long as it will hold them and stay up it might even give you more choices in the aesthetic department than just something labeled as an “umbrella stand”. 🤷🏻♀️

I love these builds I’m still trying I’m doing a build atm using money from stealing lol my sim is a kleptomaniac and it’s hard I don’t have stairs atm just a ladder lol i have ocd so everything has to be in the middle of the house but it looks too perfect so I’m going to change it thanks gryphi for your build ideas ❤

I love the beds from the highschool pack but I hate that even when upgraded my sims get the sore back/cheap bed moodlet from that beautiful wicker boho one 😢
so I've suggested it to some other builders as well ,but there is a style of Victorian homes that is more colorful, called a painted lady they were made popular by the Gold rush to give the appearance of wealth. typically in a townhouse row but in my local town there are some that stand alone...and I thought you may like the idea as the colors could be pastel or even more muted colors but it's less gothic ,too may be able to look up an autumnal colorboard ,you'd have to look up painted lady Victorian homes color schemes and even just searching the style seperate too(make sure to specifically look up painted lady Victorian homes as it is a type of butterfly and a term used for women of a ..🤔certain profession

You definitely don't need to destroy walls to find your lights stuck in the walls. Just use the icon in the top right to put the walls down so you can't see walls inside the dollhouse. I hope that made sense.
Def not a good idea to try to find umbrella stands online, I think the best thing to do is to visit garage/yard sales, antique/used stores, even if they don't have an official umbrella stand they probably have something cute that'll do the job perfectly :) Also, funny build idea for a an autumn house: a "fall" house, a crash pad/bunker that's been interiorly decorated by a cozy autumn cottage doomsday prepper
I feel like you should be able to commission an umbrella stand from a blacksmith? That being said, if you did it would probably be pricy, though it would also probably be a lot higher quality and more to your specific taste than anything you would find online and you'd be supporting an independent artist instead of a huge corporation. So, pros and cons

Are all these builds you make fully functional? I'm finding sims to be so glitchy, especially when I use cheats in my design. Does anyone else experience this?
