Loved the video! Nicely laid out property. Well located by the main thoroughfare to access the other parishes and about 45 mins drive from the Montego Bay airport. The Red Snapper restaurant was a hit too. Quiet and nice for a late lunch. So much variety of food. My favourite the curry oxtail and the spicy sawfish rundown. The staff at Red Snapper are courteous and friendly. The wind at the beach was refreshing! I enjoyed my one day pass visit! I’m happy that you all had a great time and experience!
@jacquelinelesgordons9127 Please don't remind us of the food at Red Snapper...plantain and peanut porridge, stew chicken, beef patties, chop suey, curry everything. Take us back!!!
@karenkound The beach is small but it's balanced out by the fact that it's not crowded. As for the rocks...we can say that the sand is comfortable to walk on (by the beach and in the water). Of course there are much nicer beaches in Jamaica but if you want the smell of the salt in the air, a chair to lounge on by the beach, and warm ocean water to swim in, then this beach will check all the boxes. What you can't see in the video so clearly is the amount of seaweeds. You can enter and exit the water without stepping on them...it's simply more than we would expect from a resort/tourist type of beach.
@@karenkound I went to Ocean Coral on a day pass as I was staying at another hotel in Mobay. The ocean there has a lot of sharp rocks implanted in the ocean floor. I did not go in as I found it hard to walk on the rocks and I had forgotten my water shoes at my hotel. I had to sit by the shore. Otherwise the beach was quiet (it was 3 weeks after hurricane Beryl) airy, breezy and beach lounge chairs provided at no cost. The property was nice and in a good area just off the main hwy when travelling by car. Btw I heard that it was a man made beach done by the developers when they were building the hotel complex which may be the cause of the rocks.
Great Question! We asked our expert slide tester and he reports the following: "Yes, it's slow, except for the red slide. The red slide is pretty fast. The rest are very slow and the green slide is always closed." Parent observation: the boys were always excited to go to the waterpark, so we asked: if the slides are slow, why were you always asking to go to the waterpark? His response: "Cause I'm a kid and there were cool parts, like the buckets and rings. Tell them the lazy river is waaayyyy better". Our final note: the waterpark was open not open everyday during our stay. We were there for 8 days and the water park was closed for 2 or 3 of them, due to a lack of water pressure.
Ocean Coral Spring, the place to be with the family 🇯🇲
It really is a delightful property!
Great video review! Very informative!
Thank you! We are trying to share answer questions we also had before arriving on property.

How was the beach?? I’ve heard it’s really small and rocky but from your video it seems ok. Couldn’t tell about the rocks though.

I've heard the water slides barely can get the kids down them as the current is so slow. Is that true? It looks like that from the video. Thanks!
