@kda1832 rylai is supposed to work on spells only. Even spells that do physical damage proc rylai. Items should not though. Otherwise liandry and rylai would be absurd.
What about shaco neeko duo, imagine low health shaco clone with a full health neeko disguised as shaco to bait people, or could be funny just seeing 3 shacos on the map all the time
Zwag was literally inside this teemo head. Literally called his exact position while invis in bush TWICE and knew other times when teemo was doing a ganking or ganking. Zwagmo is elite.
Would love to see this build on Caitlin! I wonder how much her E charges Cyclosword? Enough for a double proc? She also has high base AD, so a tforce wouldn't be terrible on her.
@TC Zwag should definitely build a collector next time. I’ve come to find out it greatly helps with all the times people are left w 1hp lol. Would’ve saved you in almost all of your 3v1 and 2v1s

can you play the ULTIMATE CHAMP ill tried this alot of times but im to bad so the idea is to make a champ with 0 counter, u do this by building hearthsteel then rift or bloodmail, depens on which is better for the camp and i think the best ones would ne Sion and cho, cuz of max health scaling, swain would be ok too but the ad would be useless and good champs would be Voli(i tried him but i fed) xin, ww and maybe another cmaps but thats the only ones i can think of rn
However, the enhanced sheen proc scales with 200% BASE AD, so is better on fighters than on marksman, on average. Draven has a high base AD and decent base scaling for a ranged champion, though, so it works. So do Graves, Kindred, Urgot, and Caitlin.
