Do you have any suggestion on how we approaches intonation for those who are newish and never dealt with this issue much before? Should be be staring at the tuner when we do our long tone, or there are better way to get started on this?
Amelie ,,just to help. When I don’t feel well in my mind,,like forgetting. I go to a place where they blend orange juice,,carrots and mango, that has vitamins c and A. Carrots and mango,,That is one of my brain boosters,,,also Dark chocolate has lecithin another of my brain boosters,,chicken soup with a lot of vegetables is so easy to cook,,I eat the soup with yellow lemon salsa and tortillas...I’m not a Doctor. But from my personal experience,,these foods have helped me,,improve memory,,,you would need to google more info to learn more..Oh happy day...🙏From Kimberly...😁
