IMO, coach must describes what equipment type/brand use. Blade, rubber, pimps out with what sponge. So audiences may understand and benchmark/compare/adjust of audiences equipment. It will be really more pro, not just only see video with hard to understand English. Also may add some text to support more understanding practices. Keep up the good work Coach !
Not all medium pimples rubbers are the same. There are some with more flexible pimples that allow topspin and flip at the same angle as an inverted rubber. The secret is not to hit the ball. If the ball is lightly brushed, with the correct technique, the pimples do their job and the opponent will not be able to attack as easily. With mine I can play defensively from behind the table as if I had long pimples, and near the table I do ANY technique: backspin, topspin, active block, flip... It's like having several rubbers in one. It also depends a lot if the alignment of the pimples is horizontal or vertical and the thickness and hardness of the sponge. ;)
If I would like to change my long pips because i want to player faster with more attacks then what should I choose? Half-long pimples because its more similar to long pimples or short pimples? I have good backhand with normal rubber but I just dont effective enough with it.
