We were considering this product, but decided against it after reading the negative reviews....
going with this company was a massive regret. AVOID!
What a load of rubbish. Must be 8 months doors and windows still not finished. They keep promising to come and finish them especially when I comment on FB. Or you tube. Look at my comments going back months. Same old rubbish. They will come and fix them. I can't wait for them to turn up at the excell centre as I will be meeting them there. After sales is bad. Don't pay up front. I have doors that are marked. They bind at the bottom. Windows with missing beads. Absolute joke.
Completely honest review, starting from the start, design looks impressive and the price is reasonable, but the quality is poor. The frame comes in 4 long bars (top, bottom,left and right) and they are held togather with 4 pieces of plastics. I got my friend to help me with the install. Once the frame was assembled as instructed, and while we were putting the frame in place the whole frame wobbled and one plastic broke from top right and the top bar fell on my friend's hand, and crushed the finger. His hand still doesnt functions how it should do(4 years since then). Installed the door few weeks later, but this time another plastic bit broke( on top of the master door which holds the weight of the door) and used epoxy to join it. Soon after install the master door started to lean away from the hinges and started hitting the weather strip at the bottom bar. The door is still there but I dont see it lasting very long. It has lasted 4 years coz we dint have a patio and we have just tiled the patio and probabbly we will need a new door. Would have posted pictures if there was an option. I fell really stupid for not going to the court for the damage this poor construction has caused to my friend. And i am a professional engineer and have installed door and windows in the past.
Unfortunately having the same problem with completing the job made the catches at the top too high so we cant open. Say will come and fix but dont ! Trying to claim my money back off my credit card

This product is very high quality and thoughtfully crafted and ideally suited to the climate in which it is being demonstrated.
However my client who asked me to review it lives in New England a north-temperate climate with cold snowy winters and copious rain fall. The our swing master door will be useless with any more than 6 inches of snow on the ground. The opening will have to be protected by a roof overhang to keep the roof runoff from deluging the interior if the doors are left open. Furthermore, my clients site like the majority of new build sites in New England borders a wetland or a locals call them a mosquito factory. There appears to be no insect screening potential here.
Given these mitigations I don't foresee this product being suitable to my market region.

Slide and Swing doors are the latest in patio door trends, replacing bi folds.
There are at least three other companies that supply doors in the UK , based on this system.
SunSeeker UltraSlim has the most contemporary look, with 19mm side frames (approx ¾") in a range of colours. UltraSlim doors are made in England and can include integral horizontal slatted blinds, if required. Costs are 4-figures, not to be compared with DIY bi folds.
You mention three manufacturers. Sunseeker and panoramic, who is the third?
@@blueluny Previous research indicated that SunSeeker Doors were the only UK manufacturers (this may have changed) of slide-pivot, slide-swing, slide & turn or sliding-stacking doors. A quick search for UK manufacturers (just now) included dealers, so if you do your own research, be aware.

so 2 moths ago I put a complaint on FB as I was getting really bad customer service and no one was getting back to me. well how funny someone did reply when I commented on FB. 4 months on and I have a window with missing parts and doors that are scratched and bind.
what a joke. steer clear the doors bind at the bottom. pieces missing customer service is a joke.
these Are a nightmare to install the instructions are worthless, some holes are pre drilled some weren't, the recommended clearance was way off after weather stripping was installed, had to completely re install to be able to close the door latch, the top of the panels rely on plastic blocks that have the magnet inside, I would have made the blocks aluminum, the door latch itself is built into the door, but the thru holes I door for handle weren't in correct position to allow handle plate to mount to the door, thebholes had to be drilled bigger, and the screws that pull the handle plates together are 12mm too long, and tbe square key had to be cut down 12mm also, very frustrating install for $15k, my boss saw the bloke from the instruction videos at ibs and told him to get fucked
I bought these doors. They have been constant grief and have not worked correctly since day one.

@@frankeddine apart from various faults and breakages, the doors are now damaging themselves. They require constant monitoring and adjustment just to work. Basically it's a good idea let down by some poor engineering and/or design. I know they won't fix this latest damage as it would require them to admit the design is not fit for purpose. Don't buy from this company if you want an easy life.

Can I ask you who supplied the doors to you. And how long have had them for since installation? I'm trying to understand if the manufacturer/supplier makes all the difference. Thanks in advance for all your advise
