Thank you for this information. What would be the best way to temporarily mount this to a exposed ceiling joist for the sole purpose of lifting wallboard onto a panel lifter? i.e. have the sling on one end of the 9' panel and a person lifting the other end? So the weight would not exceed 20kg at most. Thank you!

20kg isn't much, so an eye bolt would be sufficient if that's all you use it for. It's best to spread the weight across as many joists as possible for lifting anything heavy, and I personally would run a board across at least 2 joists if I plan on lifting anything at all.
