- When I started doing this routine daily, I really saw some big improvements.
The only regret I have is not doing it sooner in my running journey.
It's a 14 minute routine that will make you 'better than yesterday'.
A combination of strength, stretching, core and mobility.
A these little bits add up when done consistently.

When do you do this routine? After your runs? In the morning before running?
It doesn’t matter. But usually after my runs or in the afternoon. I do most of my runs after nursery drop in the morning.

Great exercises but a little hard to follow using a phone, simple voice instructions would make it a lot easier to know when to change
I’ll incorporate that into my next strength session 💪🏻 I just didn’t want my voice to ruin the mindfulness part ;)

It’s definitely worth going into a running shop, they’ll see how you land and then advise on shoes accordingly 🙌🏻

I used to, and saw big gains. I now do it every second day due to time constraints. I aim to do it daily
