Why is she not made to show her face that is not religious head ware. if she violates her conditions of bond there is no way the court can prove she was in court to have knowledge of the restrictions and there is no way she is wearing it in the Texas heat ???
@@americancourts There is a case in Australia where the defendant facing serious crimes was re arrested for violating her bond condition. She denied that it was her in court and the prosecution could not prove it was as she was wearing niqab. Unfortunately she always performed in front of the cameras when leaving court and they were able to confirm it was her from face recognition aoftware.
Basically the judge could have if he wanted to, but did not. I can't see that identity would be a big fear here...she is either the manager or owner of the rental properties, and the accusation is weird and possibly it will be thrown out. Why bother?
We come from a different generation, though. Respect is not defined the same way. Family violence would have never ended up in court 30 years ago. It either didn’t happen or the family would deal with it.
There should be a LAW whoever goes to court THEY CAN video!... pointed at the judge so he or she as a public servant don't violate the person's rights!!...what makes them ABOVE cops also known as public servants...and your life, freedom, freedom of speech is on the line🤔🤨😡😡😡
