Hi, I've ordered from her in the past. It bugs me when money is taken then they take several weeks to send the items out. Unfortunately a lot of Etsy sellers do this.
Same. She is a rubbish seller and incredibly rude. I can’t speak for everyone on Etsy but I would avoid her. Other sellers on Etsy give out personal info (sortstuffout being one) so sadly I tend to avoid shopping there too now. I still buy independently when I can!
@@Juliaplans it took ages for the things to be dispatched. I chased her up and she was dismissive and not very helpful. The goods took about a month, that's unacceptable to me and if it had stated that at time of ordering I wouldn't have used her shop. I've never used her again. There are plenty of good shops to choose from.
@@dotdavies5402 oh damn, yeah. Mine actually took so long to turn up I had to ask what had happened. She was v dismissive and blamed the postal company. She didn’t bother offering to contact them. I didn’t bother contacting her again, I was preparing to do a chargeback. Eventually before I could submit it the items did arrive. I didn’t bother letting her know as I didn’t think I needed to, and I also had a hospital visit (sudden seizure) so was otherwise busy! But honestly they had been tainted by the shitty service, and I wasn’t that impressed with the quality so I sold them for less than what I paid on Vinted. Obviously she must have seen this, and accused me of trying to get a refund for items that arrived. She couldn’t be bothered to check the timeframe of the emails vs the arrival date. She posted it in a v public fb group on Facebook and I got tons of abusive messages, which wasn’t great. Some of these abusive messages were from Etsy sellers (sortstuffout being one of them) and put out my personal info and stuff I’d ordered on a Facebook group because after their abuse I decided to cancel my orders with them. I no longer use Etsy as I feel I cannot trust the sellers and admins of the site to sanction sellers who give out personal details but I still try to buy independently. I’ve just ordered a lovely cover from bibbirosedesigns, and you can get lovely acetate from someone called harrietwrightdesigns. In short, yes, Joanne wilderspin from JBD is not a good seller or person.
