I worked with them as stagecrew on a festival... these guys are the fucking real deal, can't get any more rock "n roll. They showed up with 2 guitarcases and a snare drum....
the vocals/lyrics and the gradual layering of the guitar riffs over the main simple riff are what make this song incredible...and well everything else really...amazing underrated band
Right? It's literally the best song. It hits so hard and crescendos in all the right places. It has the best energy. Verse 1 starts chill with each instrument slowly popping in with that baller drum riff, then verse 2 all together with hard hitting energy, then by that colossal bridge where Matt is just yelling solo as it kicks right into verse 3 as each instrument hits somehow harder than verse 2. I feel the same way, this song is one that needs to bang the ear drums and piss off the neighbors. I'm seeing them again tomorrow and I'm going to be walking home with Joey's drumstick.
I discovered these guys about 3 or 4 years back and haven't been able to stop listening to them. These guys are just amazing. Pile driving riffs with great vocals. Hoping for a new album soon.
I just saw these guys live.....THEY ROCKED THE HOUSE!!! Very under-rated band. The live show represents the music alot better than the albums. I suggest catching them if they come to a town near you. ( im an old skool punker with ole skool punker friends...take it for what its worth )
This band deserves a bigger following. Saw them live this summer on a festival, not to many spectators, and those who were there weren't all too psyched. The singer didn't think that was all to awesome, so he jumped out into the croud and startet a mosh pit and generally messed shit up. He stayed in the croud for a few songs, while singing flawlessly the whole time. Pluss that the songs, especially this one, fuckin rocks.
Saw these guys of all places on MySpace years back when their second record came out. Saw that it was a genie with his hands over a crystal ball, then listened to the music and was like this is a cool mix of shit. Then saw them live in Philly a year later 🤯
ARGH!!! Why the fuck am I only getting into this band now! I am so fucking out of the loop!! There must be like a thousand other bands out there as awesome as these guys that I don't know shit about! Fuck getting old man!
I want to be original; I want to be surrounded by art. But everything is digital, the formulas are fallin' apart. They riot in the streets because there's not enough money to share. Is the burden of fame just a universal cross we can bare? But out here on the border line, you've got to hold it together! You've been deprived of dedication. You've been condemned by your dreams! Is it as bad as it seems? And can you pull the hook from your mouth? Do you want to feel the breeze before the air you breathe finally runs out? We're divided. It seems, this is a diary of life in between. This is obese and obscene. This isn't music, it's a pyramid scheme. Oh... And out here on the border line, you've got to hold it together! You've been deprived of dedication. You've been condemned by your dreams! And out here on the border line, it feels a lot like forever. We'll all be damned if this machine turns life into routine. Thieves have taken the crown, melted it down, kept it in near the ground. Now they're praying for sound. And I don't know what's found, cuz we used to be gifted and persistent. Now we're bored, reminiscent. We used to laugh without misery, spoon-fed out desire. We've lost our fire! And now they won't remember our names. Our days are mixed in the crowd and our nights are spent fanning the flames. But out here on the border line, you've got to hold it together! You've been deprived of dedication. You've been condemned by your dreams! Out here on the border line, it feels a lot like forever. We'll all be damned if this machine turns out into a routine. Thieves have taken the crown and have melted it down. Thieves have taken the crown and now they're praying for sound.

These are the same guys in Mariachi El Bronx? I am officially in love with this band.

Attention description, this is from The Bronx III.

it is actually taken from The Bronx III
'youve been condemned by your dreams' got me here
Bronx are pure genius, saving rock music.
Can't get enough of this song! It sums up the current music industry perfectly. Too much bullshit bred for popularity rather than actual musical art.
Saw these guys of all places on MySpace years back when their second record came out. Saw that it was a genie with his hands over a crystal ball, then listened to the music and was like this is a cool mix of shit. Then saw them live in Philly a year later 🤯
So good. Amazing live too
