For me, a pill planner helps a lot. I’ve got a big one so that I can fit my ADHD meds, creatine, and supplements

You joke but as someone with ADHD it do be that way sometimes. I take my meds and literally like 5 minutes later I sit here questioning reality on if I did or not. I have to carefully retrace my steps on what I did moment for moment and then by the end am still unsure. It is so bad for me that I made it a general practice to toss the bottle of pills onto my bed when I did, so its out of reach and I can see it so I know this as a sign that I did actually take them lol
