I love it! I'm new to sourdough baking but have had some success. I particularly like the creative scoring and yours is very artful being a watercolour artist and photographer I can appreciate what you have achieved. Please can I ask what tools you are using. I have 2 house bunnies and that's how I came across your video. I want to score one onto my sourdough however, I dont think I will have much joy with a razor blade.
