Plain Dollar Store Bible into a Sunflower Journaling Bible!

- I got this random urge to have a sunflower bible... so I made one! I'm so obsessed with how it turned out. I wanted to make it into a prayer bible at first, but then I thought maybe a themed bible, and now I'm back to thinking of doing the prayer bible! I can't decide! It's too pretty to do anything to! lol

How many journaling pages can you fit into the Bible?
Oh yes!!!!!! I've actually been watching tutorials on how to make a cover for my giant, from college yesrs ago, Harper Collins study bible. Its massive but the paperback. And isnt just a paperback, it's like just cardstock holding that bad boy together.
I am definitely going to hunt for one at my dollar tree this week because i want to have a doodle Bible for me and my niece for sermons. Is it kjv?
It is KJV, do you like that translation? I like the ESV so it's been rough trying to use the Dollar Tree bible but I've been using it as a prayer bible!
@@ariana-rose-bibletime I don't have much experience with kjv whatsoever aside from cross referencing and such. I am actually currently using more NET (it took a minute, now I love it) and NIV, but have been kind of tethered to CSB until I got my new Bibles and the CSB are my two journaling. I take one of my Bibles to church service, I don't actually use it for anything except for sermons. And I let my niece doodle in it when she comes with me. Having a "spare, just for funzies" has been something that I really wanted but can't justify buying another bible just for that purpose. So when I saw you mention the dollar tree Bible it definitely peaked my interest, because, for lack of a better term, I just need a "play/throw away" Bible. And I've collected several translations this year and just having a physical kjv for reference would be great because I don't want to depend on Internet all the time. I love your videos!! You're really inspiring. God definitely sent you to UA-cam for us thank you. I've been thinking about starting a channel myself and I just have to fight my ADHD and respond to my conviction and message about it. Your channel has definitely helped me feel more confident

You mentioned that you made the sunflower paper. How did you do that?
I arranged multiple watercolor images of sunflowers in canva and then selected the group and copied and pasted them a few times. I moved everything around until it looked good and then reduced the opacity of the entire file to around 40% so I could see pen written on it!
If you end up using this, please please do an update in the future of how it holds up !

I don't, I'm thinking about remaking it slower as tutorial, this video was meant more to spark an idea than be a tutorial.

It took me a couple hours! I think it'd go faster the second time since I was making it all up as I went 😄
