It handled it as brilliantly as I expected it 💪🥰 Just proves once again that old Miele washers are by far the best ever made. And the German saying "Die Miele fängt sich". Once it gets up to speed, it gets really stable again. Would btw also be somehow nice if you restore it as the first machine that survived all the experiments :)

Well I’d say you haven’t experienced the vast world of appliances, I’ve been repairing appliances (washers, dryers, refrigeration, dishwashers) for 37 years, I get lots and lots of customers with Miele booking service calls (their machines arnt even very old) the sad thing is the price of parts for Miele is absolutely ridiculous. Eg $850 for a single piece of glass for an oven door, or $670 for a dishwasher pump. Miele = marketing hype, that’s all
@@spinnymathingy3149 You're quite right, but I do still think that they're good machines. They advertise that the machine is tested to last 20 years and I feel this kinda makes users to just not give proper maintenance because they felt, they have “paid” more in order to avoid the hassle of maintaining the machine. So you see people using their machine for years and years without a single maintenance wash, often on cold temperature washes. The spider gets corroded (aluminum) and breaks, and you end up paying an extortionate amount for a new drum. I would still recommend buying a Miele appliance, just make sure that aside from having the money to buy it, to also have the money for a possible repair and have an interest in really caring for the machine.
@@犬用下着ソース入り消臭剤 possibly so, but here’s the thing, Miele products made in the past 10 years have nothing in common with that 37 year old product, except the name, of that I’m sure.
As a whitegoods repairer with 38 years in the industry, my not so humble opinion is that MIELE is a total waste of money, just a snobby way to show off. With their ridiculous purchase price they are only on par with mid range products that are in some cases 1/6 the price Then there’s the inevitable repair, which the owner is compelled to do because of the enormous outlay $$ Parts cost for Miele are insane, eg, a piece of glass for an oven door $870. You can buy a great entire oven for less, then a dishwasher pump motor $750 just for the part , once again you can purchase an entire new dishwasher (not Miele) for less, and there’s nothing special about their parts
All Miele's are perfect, except one thing: crosspiece gets bad. This thing is what connects drum to the bearings. They get deformated over time. But good thing the old crosspieces are compatible with the new drum. Why old? Cuz that was made from cast iron, the new ones made from aluminum (Sorry for some incorrect words, I used Google translate)
@@bogdannb But quality wise they made a very big step down on the W1.... The components may be the same material, but much thinner, not as robust etc... A common fault on some of the W1s is for example the screws that hold the drum on the spider to get loose. Embarrasing for a Miele only a few years old. And not to forget the cheap W1 models with plastic tub... A welded plastic tub for around 800€ if I remember right
