I would happily watch this as a regular web series, I feel like it needs to be just slightly longer so they can talk about the film more. Love it and can't wait to see more

Well worth it to pick up the Criterion "Blast of Silence" disc, as it has package art (and a small comic) by Sean Phillips (Fatale, Criminal, Incognito, Marvel Zombies).

Charlie Kaufman did do that with Adaptation.

Lets Go to the Movies is such a cool idea for a series. I wish it were longer though. Spend more time with the guests at the beginning and show more of their analysis afterwards. I'm sure cinephiles would love it.

Patton was a hoot at this year's Ebertfest, verbally sparring with his interviewer as only a stand-up comic can.

'Comedians Going to the Movies and Getting Tea'. I would definitely be a fan if this became a regular series for Patton.

Patton should start his own series of talking to his friends about a movie they've just watch. Great stuff!

Wonderful! First, I hadn't heard of this film, and it's on my NetFlix queue now. Second, I now have one, and only one, thing on my bucket list. As much time as possible in that warehouse, and access to good projection. Just spread my ashes there, because that's my definition of heaven.

I can't believe he picked Blast of Silence. What a great, nearly unknown film.

    1. I fucking love Karen Kilgariff
    2. I feel like you can tell she is really insecure in this video, but she's killing it

I love the stuff about L.A. audiences watching movies like the screen is a portal to the place they want to be. That's awesome. / Also the graphics that bookend this thing are great.

The Projection Booth recently did a podcast all about Blast of Silence. The interview with the director is kind of special: projection-booth.blogspot.com/2014/04/episode-164-blast-of-silence.html

I like how you guys try to shoot each other with words that nobody uses... You lead with "atonal" and she hits back with "inaccuranistic"... Check mate! Buddy.... I think the word she was looking for was 'anachronistic'.... Still a word that no one really uses.. But accurate... Or as you guys might say, 'accuranistic'.
