Disto D510 Problem

The screen of my Disto D510 flickers continuously as soon as I put in the battery and power it up. Tried the 30sec hard resit to no avail. Kindly help. This was purchased only around 4 years ago and hardly used. Does anybody in there have an idea how to fix this?

Leika Disto is very costly. I have same problem. I have gone to the Leika HQ in Delhi but they did not help. Leika has no customer service in India. The device is not repairable in India. There is no after sale service centre in India. Very sad😭

Same here - it is a problem with the buttons or the connector for the buttons. By disconnecting and reconnecting the ribbon for the buttons I can get it to turn on but the buttons still do not work.
£500 tool junked by a £0.05 part.

Retirer le plastique des touche en commençant pas le bas avec un petit tournevis a fin d'accéder au bouton .
Replacer les pastilles de contact bien au dessus des pistes électrique.

Leica service told me that I should buy a new one. It won’t be a Leica for sure.
