This song is gorgeous. The way it mixes classical style piano with modern vocal qualities and insanely AMAZING chord progressions. Seriously. When I die I want this chord progression as my epitaph.

@thatonevideo1875 well, for sure. However, I feel like all other super famous artists have sort've a similar style. A lot of them tend to sing about the same thing the same way (beat, rhythm, melody) and it also tends to be explicit and includes drugs. However, JVKE just does it differently. I get your point, though, and I could agree.

Coming from a 32 year old woman who was seemingly born in the wrong era; I can hardly stand most music nowadays (shallow, repetitive, empty, icky, etc...), but JVKE is a rare exception, one might even consider him to be a modern-day Debussy. This is such a masterpiece - it's almost unbelievable it was written today. 👏 JVKE!! 👏

i love jvke's songs. he can truly express how I feel through music. every song takes my breath away. even though almost a year has passed since the album came out, i never stop screaming out loud to his songs. i would have liked to see him live, but unfortunately, i live in Italy and i couldn't go to one of his shows. here in Italy, jvke isn't that popular, so it's difficult for me to find someone to talk to about his beautiful music. anyway, jvke, thank you for making music. thank you so much

FR!! I remember the first time I stumbled upon his song golden hour, the goosebumps were unreal. Then I stumbled across his other songs and almost every one gave me goosebumps and some had me crying which isn't easy for me, the song has to be really beautiful or really sad for those things to happen to me. Intro with Flats and Descendants, blending it with some advance Arpeggio, then the middle lyrics that have meaning with parks and barks, with slight rapping, poet like cadence, and then build up with a sonic boom that satisfies the full build up... and continuation with a slight twist of fullness of the chorus and ending verse. finally -elevated in a Sharp Key with the continual theme of a changing seasons... totaly satisfying song...
"It breaks my heart that i let you leave" i swear is the hardest hitting lyric in all of his songs, i'm crying rn. Love you JVKE ❤

Such a Beautiful song. Makes me think of a Relationship i had with a guy and i thought it was love, but it did not last and the heartbreak was one of the most challenging things Ive ever had to go through. But as i listened to this song over and over it made me realize that sometimes when things do not work out its for the best. what i thought was love was not really love because love is something enduring , love is communication, love is commitment. love is when you do not give up on that person or take an exit when things get difficult. we all deserve to be loved the right way. Real Love does exist. I hope you all find it someday.

I was doing dishes yesterday and set YT Music to play new stuff. This came on and it was like the wind was knocked out of me with the emotional runs on the piano and the depth in the vocals.
