Hello guys, this is it! Dahil maraming nagrerequest ng recipe ng aking Crispy Kalabasang Okoy with small prawn. Must try, ang dali lang pero ang sarap! Good for ulam, merienda at pang negosyo.
Ingredients
-Pumpkin
-Onion
-Corn Flour or Corn Starch
-Pepper (according to taste)
-Prawns
-1 Cup Plain Flour (for the Batter)
-2 tsp of Salt
-2 Cups of water
-Oil for Frying

Niluto ko ng dinner. It was crunchy and delicious. Kaya lang, when i used my grater like yours, hindi siya naging spaghetti style, came out na wider cut, so i cut it na pahaba. But the most important, ay yung crunchiness na tips na tinuro mo. Thanks.👍👍
Ah wider cut, may peeler din ako nun, I used in Zucchini or carrots for sandwiches, hinahati ko na lang pahaba din☺️ yehey kakatuwa, mahalaga crispy at masarap, hugs fr Melbourne Australia 😍

Madami ang kalabasa pa nman ako ngayon ko lang nlaman ang resipi nto at pwede rin pang dagdag handa mura at simple n lutuin. Attry ko po ito pra n man mkakain kmi nito

Mahirap pa Yung may gamit Kang ladle bilugin mo SA kamay mo palapad tapos lagay Ang hipon saka Yung batter mo then ilagay SA oil dipa bubuhaghag o matatanggal Ang hipon.nagtitinda din kasi kami Nyan
I think okay naman sa ladle dahil marumi kung sa kamay, messy and of course well measured din ito sa ladle.

@@roselenedelarosa6860 pag maliliit lang halos di mo sya mapapansin pero pag medyo malalaki tulad sa pagaalis ng dumi sa mga normal size na hipon. Sa amin sa Australia kasi maliit sila pang okoy talaga kaya di mo man mapapansin. Happy cooking, pag medyo malalaki pedeng tangalin din ang balat para di matigas. Pero sakin malutong lahat kasi maliit lang.

Jusko! I’m doing the same way of cooking my okoy pero nagpapaka hirap akong maghiwa at nakaka ilang palit na din ng pang grate ng buko yun lang palang free peeler sa binili kong hotdog ang solusyon! You can also use the Calabaza skins. It has more fiber & vitamins in it too! I don’t usually peel my Calabaza.. and it’s even more delicious. 🥰

I don't peel my kalabasa, nandoon ang sustansiya..I have my own version and when I joined a festival outside of my Winnipeg City, there was a long line. My okoy is two-bite okoy, so crunchy!
Yap, sometimes I don’t peel the kalabasa too. With skin, without skin is both fine when I make okoy🙂
