Mostly that the owner already possessed the plot of land so the entire budget might have spent on the house
because its not in middle of the city... it would cost way too much if it was in city
I won't say it is just a house. It is like a city for me. As I'm living in a slum of 100 sqr feet area, i also have a dream of getting a good house. Hope one day I'll be able to buy a house, so that i can move my family out of slum and give a peaceful life to my mom and dad 🍀
