Olive Osmond's Cabin

This cabin is being restored as the cabin that Olive May Davis Osmond was born in. It is located in Samaria, Idaho. There is a book at www.amazon.com that has 1,000 years of Osmond history. There will also be another book released shortly of the Davis family (the other half of the Osmond family) also at www.amazon.com.

Hey Luke this is your cousin Shawn Waldron. I was thinking about my dad and decided to look up videos on Samaria and came across this video. This undertaking is truly amazing. A very thoughtful and selfless act on your part, great job.

As of 2014, the cabin is pretty much restored, and open by appointment. Samaria is just across the Utah border into Idaho. Luke did an excellent job and continues to work on other cabins in this former Welsh settlement.
