I'm pretty sure with the shelves in the medicine cabinet in your new bathroom, you can move them! They have the dots/holes going down on either side, so I think that'll be an easy fix!

If you are putting the media console by the door, you should look into getting some type of small bench or ottoman that can slide under it, so if you need to sit when you come in, maybe on a rainy day, you can pull it out and take off boots, then slide it back under. Also, if the behind the door storage doesn't work for the laundry closet, you might be able to fit a storage cabinet in that little corner between laundry closet and coat closet. You should be able to move the brackets for the shelves in your medicine cabinet so you don't have that huge gap. There's a shelf way up at the top.
