Video was helpful, but I had to review it a few times to understand where the non black, but silver screws were. In the bottom left, then jump one and the next. Also you placed just a dab of glue in a few points. Other videos showed glued applied all over like the rectangle the phone is. And to hold the back with several strong rubber bands for at least 2 hours, so the back case glues properly and in place. Finally, be very careful with the alcohol to soften the glue under the battery. I wasn't and my LCD got damaged, thank God only a small strip on the side, but if I knew that very little had to be placed, or maybe just heat again, my LCD would be intact.
