Are you team Peanut Butter or Jam? Stray Kids so far has put us in a great mood. Their concepts are so different than any other group.

There's a lot of multilingual wordplay in this song bc jam means "fun" in Korean and several different things in English. Try chk chk boom, megaverse, freeze, lalalala, sclass, topline. Tyty for this SKZ reaction ❤.
Thank you for watching, and will try to learn Korean too btw or at least a couple words so I can get more references. Thanks for the recommendations as well
They seriously have so much good music! But if you’d like to see more I could really recommend ChkChk Boom, Gods Menu or Domino. ❤
I’ll definitely check those out! I’ll react to them all this week for sure. Thank you!
Stray kids are elite.
From their music, to lyrics, to beat drops and choreography.
Absolutely top tier.
Stray Kids have so many fire tunes. I think you’d enjoy Megaverse, S Class, Topline, Circus, Superbowl, Miroh and Case 143.
You guys would love the song “Easy” by stray kids.
I believe Jjam in Korean means fun spelled (jaemi) and there's also a Korean slang term based on the word for honey jam which is (ggul jam)this is Korean slang used as way to say have some more fun. So I think it has to do with the culture of the slang in the language since it's used for "spreading more fun" or "more of anything thats enjoyable. " In the song there are several references throughout the song to say basically just listen to our Jam (aka song) & have fun (aka cut loose stop worrying about everything) & have a good time. They also use the sticky aspect of peanut butter & Jelly (aka jam& yes its an intentional reference to the peanut butter jelly time song) as to how they see themselves as a group sticking together as they finished this song right around the time they renewed their contracts with JYP so that's another reference. Plus the rap style that they are using in this song is often referred to in Korea as "sticky" so this is again another representation. And then the physical representation of actual jam as a the way they make their music by mashing together many genres. The overall song I think is meant to be a funny double & triple play on words. 😊❤❤❤❤ If you are ever interested in understanding their lyrics better I would suggest watching UA-camrs Andy & Jas they are native Korean speakers who also speak English & they give an amazing breakdown of their lyrics making sure English speaking audiences understand the nuances of the language & cultural refrences we as non-Koreans often miss. Their insights really allow us to appreciate the depth & quality of their lyric writing skills that would otherwise be dismissed as silly because of a lack of understanding. I hope this helps.😊 P.S. Yes this is supposed to be a 'tongue in cheek' nod to the horror movie genre. There are horror movie references throughout the video for people who are quick enough to catch them .😂 Stray Kids love to hide hidden themes & messages in the videos for STAYS to find like a scavenger hunt. 😊😊😊❤❤❤Thanks again for reacting to Stray Kids.
In Korean there are soft consonants and hard consonants. The double 'J' indicates it's a hard consonant.
Going to try & learn Korean, hopefully it’s not too hard & can get the basics down. This was a good quick lesson
@kjballinout for me, personally, it has been hard to learn on my own. I recommend, if you can, to take a formal class, get a tutor, for use iTalki which has worked REALLY well for me in the past! There are a lot of resources out there and the alphabet isn't difficult to learn at all. I can pretty much read Hangul (very slowly) after very little practice but the grammar and all the rest has been a challenge for me.
❤ More Stray Kids please❤

A bientôt 🤟
Thank you for watching! Much love to France! I’ll definitely watch more Stray Kids videos, they are very entertaining & are always having fun. I love it, have a great day!
