I had this lassi today not as per expectation, this is al just hype, this shop is too small. They don’t make lassi fresh , they keep it ready in frreezer and malai : rabdi quantity is also less. ₹80 for small cup is over priced

It’s add trick. Cz they want us to visit that place. If they tell price we try to gauge it. If you visit then you will buy saying “we came this far let’s eat something “

Only bad thing is he is sticking to Hindi...
What is bad about that. He is North Indian. It is his mother tongue. Irrespective of the place he is living or doing business, anybody will first prefer one's mother tongue only. How can we say it is bad. Having gone to North Indian eatery shop, do we or she talks in hindi..? No...!!! She asks in her language and he speaks in his language. Both understand each other. This is respect we give to each other Indians of different states / culture.
Let's go try the food n make sure we speak n teach him our Kannada soon
He is speaking Indian language not Urdu. And u go and meet after 3-4 months, definitely he speaks in Kannada. For them it's necessary for business and learn, already he learnt Mosaru word

It has been many months since i visited them. May be things have changed now. However, I have promptly shared my personal experience during my visit to varanasi cafe. It is very unfortunate that you had such a bad experience. I feel, you could have reported this to them so that they can improvise without any compromise.
