I think C and D are slightly cheaper due to lack of facilities. Also, I think parts of sector C (upper) had subsidence issues in the past.
It is only a five minute easy drive from Sector D to the supermarket and other facilities with no traffic lights. In the UK we had to go through three sets of traffic lights to get to the nearest supermarket and then spend ten minutes looking for a parking space.

Thanks for the vid. I fancy moving here, but some of the forums say there's a lot of dog's barking 24/7 and people out drinking on their roof terraces til about 3am. There is quite few reports on noisy families and other noise issues with no council intervention. Apparently Spain is the 2nd noisiest country in the world.
I must admit, I'd love to live their but the forums and statistics are putting me off.
Hi Marc, thanks for your comment. Due to its size I think Camposol would have some areas that have more noisy people than other areas. During tourist seasons there would be more busyness/ noise overall but I think most urbanisations like Camposol are very quiet for most of the year (for some people even too quiet).
A good idea might be to try it out for a few months and ask people who live on Camposol about it.
@@SilentStroller Thanks for the quick reply. I've asked a few people about barking dogs and noise, but not got any clear answers. I would definitely stay for a month before buying. Whereabouts in Spain do you live, is it quiet?
@@marcmackie6893 At the moment I don't live in Spain but I have spent a few months in Country Club in Mazarrón. It was very quiet there but like everywhere you have to be a bit lucky with your neighbors.
I do think that generally speaking a lot of people in Spain have (guard) dogs that bark. Because that's their "job" their owners don't always correct them.
I like the sound of MCC, shame there's no bus. I don't drive so facilities look a bit far away, unless Mercadona would deliver my shopping. I agree with you regarding barking guard dogs. Spain is well known for it.
Ich wohne auf Sektor D habe selbst 2 Hunde. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, aber natürlich bewachen Hunde ihr Grundstück, was auch gut so ist. Ständiges gekläffe ist da aber nicht. Ich empfinde es als absolut ruhig und würde immer wieder hier wohnen wollen.
Which area is considered more or less expensive in Camposol
I am not sure if there are notable price differences between the different areas of Camposol. I believe some areas in sector C and sector D had some problems in the past but I don't know if this still affects the price today.
The more drive rounds and walk throughs we get on You Tube of all the Sectors , the more it puts me off the place [ God knows why ]
it lacks character, poorly planned.
