    Body Weight Squats 4:2:1 4x10
    Burpees Explosive 4x12
    Plank Controlled 4x35 seconds
    Group 2
    Front Foot elevated lunge hold 3x30 secs each leg
    Alternating Lunge Jumps Explosive 3x8 total
    Shoulder Taps Controlled 3x40 secs
    Group 3
    Dead Start Push Ups Controlled 3x6-8
    Bent over Ys Ts Ws Controlled 3x hold for 5x 10 each
    Group 4
    Single Leg RDL 3:1:1 3x8 each leg
    Calves Complex Controlled 3x 15both legs, 5 Single Leg, 5 Single leg
