This is so true Jimmy, something I have been dealing with for a while, with the Lord revealing his truth to me, taking those thoughts captive at times can feel like a battle, other times the Holy Spirit shows me and I can draw close to God, I know he is working things out for my good and his glory, it is so very uncomfortable at times, but with consistent prayer, trusting, relying and remembering his faithfulness does help, his word is certainly the lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path. God is completely in control, although when faced with the bombardment of negative/fearful/confusing thoughts it is hard not to listen to them, but the Lord is still working on me and through me (I am in Gods training camp at the moment).

I've been led to listen to your sermons by bulk lately. My divorced friend introduced me to this ministry when I was married. My ex husband wouldn't watch with me for the most part. Now I watch as a divorced person.
I was disappointed that supposedly I couldn't watch anymore because I'm no longer married, but there is plenty of subject matter beyond marriage.

I have delt with it as well, I saw a video about King David and how he basically broke ALL THE COMANDMENTS, I i DELETED, all the videos and stories I had saved to my Favs. and ALL the ones I was writing, I couldn't finish them, I had writers block before I could post them to a website.
I need prayer...i was rebellious and the devil took full advantage of it. Now I feel like I'm in hell and alone. I can't reconnect with Jesus. I don't understand a lot of the Bible. Please pray for me.
Lil BooPeep Don't believe that you can't reconnect with Jesus. That is a lie Satan is telling you. Fight that with the truth in the Bible, using the Biblical meditation technique Jimmy talks about here. The Word breaks strongholds, but you have to read it and think on it constantly, as well as remove the world's influences on you. For me that is worldly entertainment.
Also, the Holy Spirit gives understanding of the Bible, so I suggest you pray and ask for that.
I'm praying for you to have a breakthrough in your relationship with Jesus.
