Hi Marina! Thanks for another great video. 🥰 I also struggled with losing my eyebrows and eyelashes, I mean…it’s part of your face! Luckily, one eyebrow grew back in full and the other one came back mostly full but sparse in one area that I now have to fill in. My eyelashes also came back but I do credit using some organic, cold pressed castor oil to help them along the way. You look fabulous and I appreciate your thoughts, tips, and helpful advice to all of us. ❤😘
Thank you for the video Marina. Always so inspiring. I am now done treatments and have surgery in Jan. I love the chat about the eye lashes and eye brows. Losing those has been as hard as losing my hair. It is temporary though so trying to stay positive!!! Your videos sure help!
Hi! Thank you for feeling me on the facial hair! Yes, there are stages to the journey that have to be processed. I pray your surgery goes well. Thanks for watching!
Hi! I have been finding your videos useful. I was diagnosed with breast cancer 2 lumps in my left breast. One lump I found the other one MRI found. I am BRCA 1 + as well My cancer is hormonal related if that makes sense. Anyway I was thinking about getting my nails done until you said after chemo I said Nooo😂 Plus you helped me with neuropathy it was not pleasant at all. I have beating myself cause I don't feel happy at all going through chemo, being bald,no energy and seems like some people that have not been down this road is rude or some are saying Oh no sorry to hear.My mom had breast cancer 2x BRCA 1 as well. Thank you for everything ❤
Hi! So happy you’re here! I feel you on all of this. The neuropathy, the hair loss and no energy. It’s hard. Can you do your own nails? At least they’d be done but with less risk of infection. Take care of yourself and your mom.
Hi Marina i am also hygienst, just diog with TNBC will be starting chemo soon. I have question for you did you work as a hygienst during chemo ? thanks for all your info.
Hi! I work 4 days a week during my first cancer journey. I had no kids then and I took a nap on my lunch hour. My second cancer journey, I worked part time only two days a week with having to young kids. Do what works for you. If you need the time off to rest do it. If you can cut down in days or hours, do it. This is your journey.
Hi. I’m new on your channel. You are very inspiring. You have a beautiful family! I’m recently diagnosed with cancer. You mentioned 2 chemo drugs you’ve used in your other videos. And those are the meds that I’ll be using. Hair loss is the side effect. Did the cold cap treatment helped you at all to not loose a lot of hair? Thank you for any info you can give me. I appreciate you for spreading positivity… God bless…
Hi! I had A/C, Taxol and carboplatin. All of these chemo infusions will cause hair loss. I did not cold cap. You can look into that as an option. I know some people have done it and were happy to save most of their hair. I just wasn’t for me due to the process and time to sit in the chair after chemo.
Hi! Welcome! If your immune system is stable (otherwise your white blood cells or neutrophils on your lab work) then you should be fine. Consult your oncologist first.
It’s evolved for sure. I’m always evolving. I had more cheese, meat, and fat before. Being BRCA1 is tricky. It makes up about 3% of breast cancers with a risk up to 70% chance of getting it. I’m working to stack the odds in my favor.
❤5 siblings, 3 of us they found colon cancer tumors. In short…I lost my husband to full body melanoma. Brain as well. I loved him. Hard…after many surgeries and treatments we lost ( 18 months). I learned a lot…I feared a lot. I lived thinking ( not knowing ) I had cancer. My diet was fear based. Vegan…no eggs meat cheese…took me 1 year to convert. Out of the 3 of us…I have the slow growing, not genetics…tumor dr said was with me 7 to 10 years. He believes with so much family colon cancer, I was genetic. Through a very high nutritional vegan diet I possibly switched up my gene. Also probably saved my life … All very hard and interesting….i am with Dr Longo and was through treatment for fasting…helped me so much. Know I care❤
❤with all the information from oncology going 100 percent vegan to prevent reoccurrence?? Have you strongly considered? IGF-1, Heme iron, cholesterol etc…main drivers to all cancers. Low fat as well. Chicken is corn syrup with cancer….just curious
Hi! I like to take ideas from vegan recipes, but I’m not interested in vegan exclusively. But lots of veggies for health, yes. Low fat is beneficial due to links of obesity with cancer. All good things to consider. Thank you!
❤beautiful…we all have choices. I get concerned with all I have learned…I never considered that cheese ( all ) is a processed food…all chicken, even lean sizzles and is high fat. Mad the industry hides this, cancer patients suffer because of this. Took me a long time to get over food addiction, craving eggs and savory.
Low fat for cancer has a lot to do with excess blood vessels forming…body sets off a hormone Normal conditions the body is very smart…especially oils…salad dressing in particular…roasted veggies with olive oil. I substitute for lemon…especially sweet potato fries ( roasted )
You're inspiring people, you're giving hope and strength. The bliss you are giving away is so, so much, so very much, appreciated...
Be blessed.
I appreciate you saying that! Thank you!

Your family is beautiful!
Thank you so much! ❤️

Hey Marina I just found your videos and finding them so helpful. Just wondering, can I get my teeth cleaned while on chemo? Thanks!

Marina do you know about vaccine for triple negative breast cancer recurrence?
Hi, I have heard about this. I haven’t seen more research or news lately.
Did you change your dietary lifestyle after your 1st cancer diagnosis or has it always been the same?
I have same question…
