I am 22 and been walking with the Lord since I was 18. After 4 years of sweat blood, tears, disappointments, regrets, embarrassments, shame, guilt, unworthiness, fear, cowardice, undecisiveness, immorality. Through all of this like a baby after several falls I am finally finding balance and starting to take my first steps. I have sought to be perfect like he is but It is impossible only he is and only through him can I truly be holy and perfect in realising that I am not. If there one undisputed graceful fact is that he is the Great Saviour and Friend of a sinner like me! For the lost, the last and the least. God bless.
The road isn't easy my brother as we daily battle the flesh but always remember that "He that began a good work in you, will fulfill it till the end in Christ Jesus our Saviour."
We sang this hymn this morning at church. This song moves me. I was in such bondage and darkness when he rescued me. He is my best friend now. What a saviour!
Revelation 22:11 NKJV He who is unjust, let him be unjust still; he who is filthy, let him be filthy still; he who is righteous, let him be righteous still; he who is holy, let him be holy still.” John 8:34 Jesus answered them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, whoever commits sin is a slave of Sin. Job 28:28 And to man He said, ‘Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom, And to depart from evil is understanding.’ ” God hates sins, look at what He did to Sodom and Gomorrah and the generation around the time of Noah's ark. Yes, we all have sin but the 1st act of Faith is being obedience to the Truth so that we can overcome the enemy. May you seek the Lord Jesus Christ with all your heart and read the Word...Don't let man(mankind) deceive you. God bless you with peace and Trust in the Lord only.
