I looked up most difficult games to Speedrun and this game was mentioned. You have incredible skill, congratulations!
In case you're confused on why this game exists or what it's supposed to be about, this is a fangame of "I wanna be the guy", a game that came out in 2007 that gained a small following because of its difficulty. Soon after that, many people started making fangames of it, some being MUCH harder than the original. Anyway, kamilia 3 is what is known as a "medley" game, which means it is essentially a mashup of a bunch of other fangames for a large portion of the game. K3 is one of the hardest iwbtg fangames out there and you are a legend if you can beat it at all let alone speedrun it; but there are some easier, more accessible fangames out there. "Delicious fruit" is a good website to look for iwbtg fangames if you want to get into them
Yeah for sure is the most challenging out of any game ever. And there are harder fangames but as a challenge, not as a game, this is a GAME with all his letters. It may as well take years to beat for 99.7% of gamers.

Mechanically simple but with difficult level design. There are mechanically difficult games like Getting Over It By Bennett Foddy, but even the deepest, most complex, or most challenging games have been mastered by the best. Despite this game's mechanistic simplicity, it's so difficult that even the best players in the world struggle. You won't be seeing any deathless speedrun world records of this game because it's too difficult to be the fastest in the world and be able to avoid dying at the same time. It's truly impressive anybody even is able to tolerate this level of difficulty to keep grinding out runs over and over again. Then again, I suppose the challenge with speedruns of other games is saving more frames than anybody else and executing difficult glitches. Some more runs only a handful of people in the world can even do at all would be Trials Rising Diamond% and Cuphead Hater%, but those are specific categories. With Kamilia 3, all categories are only achievable to a select few people. True 100% is so long and hard that 0 people have even attempted it. This really is the hardest game ever made, even if it's also really mechanistically simple, I guess theoretically if somebody hasn't got the brain go to learn complex mechanics but they have the platforming skills on a whole other level maybe this game is more suitable for that specific person but it is definitely overall the hardest game ever made. Goes to show simple and easy really are completely different things entirely...
@@jamez6398 yeah, but i have played this game, and many other, a lot of speedrun ones like dark souls or Super Mario 64 or Mario Kart 64, and out of all of those Kamilia 3 takes the cake, but i mean out of a hundreds. Im talking from experience, and i love fangames, ive done it since 2008-2009. Same with Zelda and Super Meat Boy, Stuff like that. Kamilia 3 is a well made GAME not just an i wanna. And thats why i say this is the hardest. People like others because they dont have the brain or time for that matter to play games as hards as this one, Other one is guitar hero, and i dominated that in months, Kamilia 3? havent beaten it yet, cant pass from Devas. And i dont really care about deathless, but it does have something to say that people do blindfolded and also deathless Dark Soul For example, who is considered the most dificult.

Some of these precise jumps, diagonally in between two spikes, landing on the tiniest sliver of platform edge, having to fall and weave precisely in between tons of spikes and then midair jump, if they happened in a mainstream 2D platformer like New Super Mario Bros Deluxe, I'd want a refund 😆

Honestly this game amazes me, it’s like the pantheon of hardness, I would like to finish it one day, but it will take me so much time so idk (I’m just at stage 1 boss 1 lol)
@artcom4307 yeah, I just said that because k3 have a lot of references to other hard game, and I think there are bosses from k3 in the hall of fame

You hold jump ( must be the first jump not the 2nd or else you can't do the double jump ) then move to the opposite direction of the vines as fast as you can like in the video,

A crowning achievement of speedrunning on one of the hardest games of all time? Best I can do is 200 views.
Laughed when you said you went to practice when cake streamed. Really cool that there's a small community of you speedrunners pushing each other. I'm sure this will also push stonk to try for lower.
Kamilia 3 is a lot easier in hall of fame needles and avoidances, lighter than a huge variety of extreme challenges and demons in Geometry Dash, much lighter than shmups like Doj 2-all. This makes me a little sad because I really love K3, but the extra became even more of a diff in terms of the needle when 2.0 was released
