Sometimes we are spiritually ready but our bodies need break, we need mental healing and the timing is wrong. Sometimes our life’s have to be put in order even just ordinary things, like selling things, moving places or selling houses. I think for me is rest. My marriage wrecked me physically and mentally but God is on the case. I was overworked, sleep deprived giving too much. God has done miracles after miracles. He gave freelance job, comfy bed and peace and quiet time with my kids and pets and gardening 😂 He knew exactly what I needed. He is making me do NOTHING!!! I love my Father in heaven.

I pray to God and I also just talk to him. The other day I tried talking to her about something and stammered my way through the beginning of the conversation, completely blanking out on what I was going to say. I somehow ended up signing myself up for this group of denominations in my grad school, a group she had also started in her old college when she was still a student there. I'm 21, she's 23 or so, she's gorgeous, I get told I'm rather handsome, I look in the mirror and can't see it. Don't have that confidence in me. So I can only pray to God about it and to give me courage to one day work my way to asking her out for some coffee or something

Pray for the Lord put his will in your heart. Not everyone is called for marriage, like Paul, but for singleness. Nothing wrong with that. Read 1 Corinthians 7! If God puts the desire of singleness in you, embrace it and praise the Lord, use your time for worship him. If one day He change your heart, thats good too! Praise the Lord as well ❤ then, He will show you the right person, in His time!

You say God has a plan for each of us but what about the people getting bombed and killed in Israel/Gaza right now? Did God know their future spouse? To me, it seems narcissistic to assume God has some great plan for me on a platter but not the poor people getting killed in the Middle East. Sounds really out of touch and like we live in some lovey dovey fairytale. Reality is brutal. If you end up with a wife and kids, you got extremely lucky. Many people don’t have that luck.

I would encourage you to try and reconcile, he’s still your covenant spouse if it was the first marriage for you both. God can restore your marriage!

I can't wrap my mind around killings, bombings, death. Basically sin. We do what we can because we are not God. We can't take on the world's problems.
