    A different shape of the rubber fin should be another reason: a part of sector rather than a rectangle will be better

    Fin shape is incorrect. The id and od are on an uneven elliptical. There is nothing parallel about the fin. This means that at least one part is in tention at all times. Everything else looks awesome.

    Hmmm. Rubber needs more stiffness, yes? Nice try though, when I saw the original I had the same crazy idea.
