    Ingredients:
    - 250 grams ladies finger (bhindi/okra), washed, dried, and chopped
    - 3 tablespoons oil
    - 1 onion, sliced
    - 1 tomato, sliced
    - Pinch of turmeric powder
    - 4 byadagi chillies and 4 dry red chillies
    - 1 tablespoon groundnut seeds
    - 1/2 teaspoon white sesame seeds
    - 2 tablespoons coriander powder
    - Salt to taste
    - Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
    - 4 cloves of garlic
    Instructions:
    1. Dry roast groundnut seeds, byadagi chillies, dry red chillies, and white sesame seeds without oil for 1-2 minutes, then blend with garlic to a fine mixture.
    2. In a pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the chopped ladies finger for 5 minutes.
    3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a separate pan. Add sliced onion and cook until golden brown. Then add sliced tomato, salt, and turmeric powder.
    4. Add the blended mixture and coriander powder, followed by 1/2 glass of water. Once it starts boiling, add the fried ladies finger.
    5. Add coriander leaves and 1/4 glass of water. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat until tender and reach the desired thickness.
    6. Serve hot with rice or chapati.
