I'ma be honest 1 if they announced that izuku was missing in the news with a picture the todoroki family would have been fine if inko returned him or since she found him in an ally why didn't she give him to the police to give him back to his real parents?? I'm just saying there are some plot holes but good story just saying plot holes..
