- UA-camr @GhibOjisan has got the keys to his new HDB flat. Before he can move in though, he is going to need some furniture! But why buy a table when you make one yourself?
Finding himself a willing carpentry coach in Ahmad Alhabsee, the founder of sustainable furniture workshop Urban Salvation, Ghib learns the nuts and bolts of furniture making. His goal? To make a one-of-a-kind coffee table for his new home.
Along the way, Ahmad’s passion for his craft rubs off on Ghib. The UA-camr learns about the hardships that Ahmad endured on his own journey of learning, as well as the challenges in the bespoke furniture making.

Wow so happy for Ghib to host his very own series on mainstream media.
I am one of his Subscribers and this show is indeed very impressive 👍
Any Japanese viewers here? (ここに日本人の視聴者はいますか?)
his programmes are more like propaganda
Me‼️
Here🤗
hi
Hello🙂
I've been following UrbanSalvation even before they came to CNA !!!! Way to go UrbanSalvation and proud of Ghib Ojisan
to be honest, being woodworker is better than the corporate works since you're your own boss. Take guts to follow the entrepreneur path. Hope it will inspire many young people nowadays, there's more to do outside the corporate world.
Ghib ojisan is the most famous Japanese in SG :)
Nicley done Ghib. Very impressive episode! I'm equally impressed with Ahmad and his Urban Salvation company. It's so refreshing to see someone carry on the time honored tradition of wood working with such passion and dedication. I wish them both much happiness and success. Thanks for posting and be safe 🙏
Ghib has his own show now? Impressive
This is one of my favorite Channel on UA-cam, 谢谢 (Thanks) For This Amazing Video
Great to see Ghib on CNA! Love his videos.
Wonderful show ! Thanks for giving us a glimpse into the process of obtaining the materials all the way to the end products ♡
V cool! Can't wait to see the next one :)
Someday, I'm going to buy one of the furnitures ★
Hey Ghib, I think you did great hosting this episode! I gave UrbanSalvation a follow on instagram as well; maybe I'll buy something from them for my new home.
cool! was this the 1st episode of the series with Ghib?
Good job, Ghib and CNA! Enjoyed this and looking forward to more in the series!
Wow! Well done Ghib!
Ghib doing great job as host! congratulation! :)
いつもUA-camで見ているじぶおじさんをテレビ番組で見るのは何だか不思議で新鮮な感じがします✨
am glad to watch this.
@ghib you need to be using japanese hand woodworking tools . Like the Nomi chisels, and planes ..
another very good episode produced by CNA Insider, an inspiration story!
Great video!
A good series...sad that it is only 22minutes long per episode
I agree...too short
Well done Ghib!
Naise one Guys!
Temasek could consider investing in these young companies, help them grow, fly the Singapore flag high in overseas market...instead of, for example, investing in gaming companies., like those making chairs...etc...
ghib's first show on tv!
Awesome! Audio sounds weird tho
If I cross the border I visited the furniture job
Hi, how can I take up some basic course?
Where’s the scrap yard?
Ojisan on tv uwu
after watching so many videos on Ghib's own channel, this felt unnatural to me. Maybe it was scripted too much. Nonetheless, happy for Ghib to be on a TV show!
He clever learn trade skill furniture rather than go university hunting for interview for job
Woodglut has very good and accurate plans.
You can use Stodoys plans. The best e-books and very detailed Instructions. You can learn much from them and make it yourself.
Who
why ask @ghibojisan to host this series? Based on what merit??
Ahmad is a better speaker. No merit. I believe someone in CNA is his fan and decided to do this without any merit.
Omg. Upon seeing ghibbb(?), I immediately stop watching. Pls stop asking him to he host! Dislike ttm!!!!!
