      Agreed! This is the technique that I learned from Black Girl Curls/See Some Curls. Wash-and-go’s are not nearly as complicated as we have made them out to be. Just slather your gel, shake (if that works for your texture), and go.

    I just did a wash and go yesterday with this product. Came out pretty good. The pump was broken, so I had to squeeze the jar. Even though I had to go o bed with my hair still a little wet, my hair still came out pretty good. My hair is still damp, but still looks pretty good even damp.

    It turned out really well!!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 I haven’t tried a wash and go. I’m afraid I’ll get single strands knots. Your hair looks well defined so maybe I’ll give it a try.

    • @ItsAbeeyola
      @ItsAbeeyola  4 роки тому +5

      Thank you, I love wash n go it’s my go to. Mm I’m thinking If you keep your hair kinda stretched I think it should be fine with the single strand knots but I will research that some more like what actually causes single strand knots.

    • @denyshadials5702
      @denyshadials5702 4 роки тому +4

      ItsAbeeyola
      Single strands knots are a natural part of natural hair. No hair style will subdue them completely, not even with relaxed or straightened hair. Just keeping up with regular trims as often as they’re needed, and not wearing styles too long with out remoisturizing-that’s the main cause of knotting and tangles with type 4 wash n gos. I never wear mine longer than 3 days. Everyone can’t wear them for a week.

    • @ItsAbeeyola
      @ItsAbeeyola  4 роки тому +3

    • @ItsAbeeyola
      @ItsAbeeyola  4 роки тому +1

      Thank you Tee, I have been doing wash n gos for a while now so I can do this whole process frm washing to gel in less than one hr. So to answer your Question it depends, if you hair is shorter it should take even less time, wash n gos if done frequently and done well should take about an hr on average (pls remember this is a rough estimate , I can not know for certain because I don’t know your hair or your current hair practice).

So I am trying to get the entire process down to 2 hours or less. From what I can see, it is at least worth a start. Thank you for your help!

    Thanks soo much. I get to know what to do with my hair each day. Plus your are more real.
    Can you tell me what to do I'm I'm to dry it after putting gel without using a dryer

    • @ItsAbeeyola
      @ItsAbeeyola  4 роки тому +3

      Thank you for the kind words.
      There are 3 ways to dry it
      Hooded dryer
      Diffuser
      Air drying
      If you don't have a hooded dryer, or a diffuser then just let n it air dry. When air drying, make sure to not put your hands in your hair. If you see yourself wearing wash n gos a lot I would advise to invest in a diffuser it will help with reducing the frizz on your day one hair.
