In this episode I visit Lavish's new location 512 Avenue of the states in Chester, Pa. Lavish is known for bringing affordable and quality meals to the Philly community. They made a big splash last year when I covered them because people could now believe that they were able to make their platters for $5. Watch as I meet the owner, bump into the legendary Wallo267 and highlight this great establishment.

The combination of affordable good nourishing food for the local community & a sound business plan make this operation a potential winner! Not without saying, the food, freshly made, looking very appetizing! This is the type of restaurant I will support! Some people do not realize what happens behind the scenes, when you got social media and people lining up for food expect to wait. Just remember to be patient as well as kind. Service workers really do a lot and they are often not paid what they deserve. They are doing their best.

Ive opened a few resturants in the late 90s for my boss,and it takes 3 months to smooth things out and get the right personnel in place.High turnover in the buisness and once things start to fire on all cylinders it becomes routine,not automated,but just everybodys working togther and in step with the beat like a marching band.For $6 people best have some patience,loyalty,support and help this guy become succesful and branch out to support other cities and communities

The fact that he came on and apologized for service maybe not being the best because it’s all still very new is so sweet. I would also post it on the window of the door and in front of the register so people know ahead of time… I also wouldn’t go anywhere and expect fast service if it’s not fast food. People should know there will be a wait time there… I hope you keep good business man, you seem like a great person!!! ❤❤❤🎉

I saw your review on Lavish in West Philly. My daughter went there and got 2 platters, chicken and salmon. Both were good. Chester is a bit far so we will go back to West. They do run out of food because nobody in Philly sell $6 platters.

There's a weekend pop up food stall in my city. People even order the day before and they still run out and or make you wait. Food is good, price is good, I respect their Hussle so no hassle
