It's our natural state of being to let our love radiate out, and consciously sending our love into the world is of course the highest and best for all, including for us, since we are all as one. When I had my babies I was able to learn forgiveness. I now see everyone’s inner child. I think how they are someone’s baby. I also know hurt ppl hurt ppl. When I remember these things my mothers heart cannot help but to love and to forgive. I had had some evil things done to me so I’m thankful I am able to forgive because I could be really stuck in depression and anger if I wasn’t able to forgive. Forgiveness is good for oneself. Don’t hang onto these negative emotions. ❤

I've been trying to figure out a way out of this for a very long time ,every time I meet someone ,I internally judge them and then later realize they are just souls that need love .... Yeah, this reinforces what I've read in other peoples' NDEs. I've heard that being human is a very special assignment and one NDEr said, "They're lined up around the block to get in here."

Something feels a bit off with judging youself or some other entity judging you from your life when literally you were molded from birth from forces outside oneself to becomes the person you became and have the reactions that you had... that goes for all the good things you do too.

It doesn't mean you excuse what they did, but you recognize that only a wounded, broken, or sick person would do such things. Holding onto anger and resentment against them is pointless because they were acting out of unawareness. It's like the insanity defense, only acknowledging that we're all insane.

In my opinion, regarding the vision/dream mentioned: The “monster” is anyone or anything negative that we perceive. The monster is the person who cut in front of you in the grocery, the coworker who let you catch the blame for their mistake, the foul weather that cancels your beach day, the nightstand that you stubbed your toe on, the partner who crushed your heart, etc… all of what we perceive as “negative”. The point is to learn to face these things, and respond to them in the most loving way we possibly can. That is how we raise our frequency/vibration. Not only our own individually… but that of the entire planet.

I'm concerned because I suffer from intractable pain and sickness every day. I wonder now how many times I've been through this same life. My astrological natal chart tells me I terminate this life early, but I know now that I can't if I don't want this to keep repeating, and I do not. My chart also tells me not to get regressed, so what did I do in my past lives? Yes, I've made some mistakes in this lifetime too. I don't know what's up for me. I am looking forward to finding out when it's my turn to die (naturally). I guess I'll find out then. Can I ever get it right? I don't know but I doubt it. All I can do is aim to go towards God.

I am definitely struggling with that idea too. I can see how my higher Self may be all forgiving, but my ego ain't ready to and probably never will be. So am I trapped in this loop forever because of my inability to forgive my abusers?

I wish I had more control over my mind. That would be GOLD. I have ADHD, some depression and social anxiety also really bad fight or flight. Gosh I've done and said things I really really regret. People with ADHD, you know the struggle I'm sure. "Hell in a hand basket" is what I feel like sometimes.
I had to go away and meditate after she spoke of the life review. To my feelings it makes zero sense unless for some reason we are sent to earth to be tortured and smile. No other reason? Only good thoughts. That is so far removed from my Love, I have doubts about intentions here. The story brings fear and shame about own thoughts when we feel, or see, crimes against humanity (children). My whole family is silent like her. Big trouble coming in my book for the prideful, lustful, who harm the minds of children; but even worse for the mother. I saw MY life review where all of my senses of intuition were removed, and not by me. I sacrificed my son to this earth cult by believing in tolerance. I will pay for that until I die and am in the arms of Love again. It is not here. Those fingers felt like claws to me the whole time. I tried to feel her. I cannot.
I feel like that as a mother and it is the loneliest place to be for me because it’s hard to trust the well being of why my children came here unless I trusted too much. As they get older I practice trusting in their future in the light and their right to learn here as much as I did. A mother’s love is so sacrificial I believe it must be a gift to experience.
I often ask God, am I not accepted and loved as I am if this is as far as I’ve gotten? Are we here because we are less than? If the immediate world around me is a reflection of where I’m at, what would I conclude as to how far I’ve gotten/what I’ve learned?
I think we are not all here because we are less. Maybe our point of view is that we are less and the media definitely reflects that to us. If I can practice tolerating more love in my day to day I would call it good.
My hardest thing to overcome are animal and child abusers. I know I’m getting in trouble when I die I just can’t get over evil ppl. I’ll keep praying though

There’s a moment where she mentions her spirit returning to its body by a hand grabbing her through her body’s bellybutton. This is a detail that is very meaningful for me because my tribe believes that the soul enters and exits the body through there. We even say that if you see a spirit at night, you need to cover your bellybutton so it doesn’t enter you. I’ve heard some other experiences mention something like this, and those always strike me as the most believable ones. And this guest seems extremely genuine. Thanks for sharing!

If I understood, Lhamo believes that we are here to learn to control our emotions and thoughts so that we can stop our negative reactions and instead express love. To help with this, she suggested that we clear our minds and not be so caught up with heated emotions in the moment. This frees us up to focus on love. The Buddhist Thich Nhat Hanh said something very similar. To paraphrase him: When we are mindful, we have a greater capacity for compassion.
At the 47 minute mark, her answer is actually exactly what Orthodox Judaism teaches: our soul is innately good, we want to do good and get closer to our Creator, to G-d. It's when we're down in this material world we get distracted and lose sight of that purpose and worsen our character traits and get distance from Gd. We have to then work on our behavior and improve our character traits to become better people and make the world a better, holier, place.
I'm reminded of two revelations that were given to Silouan the Anthonite --the 19th century Christian monk who endured hellish torment for years. 1. "Those who dislike and reject their fellow man are impoverished in their being. They do not know the true God, who is all-embracing love." And, 2. Siluan asked: "Lord, how can I become humble?" And the Lord replied: "Keep your mind in hell and despair not."
I had an experience with the so-called devil. I was face to face, and the more love I gave him, his scails fell off . Turning him into somthing angelic.

I've been a student of these subjects for 2 years and this is what I perceive. I do believe we are living an illusion and planet earth is nothing more than a school and "movie set." We are all actors without a script, but agreed to a tribal spiritual family/friends/enemies, etc pre-life contract (with amnesia). We follow the staged show somewhat, and veer off now and then, which makes it VERY INTERESTING for "Source" to "Enjoy." Therefore, I (think) I know how to deal with the "LIFE REVIEW" in order to NOT be overwhelmed with actions, words, etc against another human, and will use my new found knowledge (over there) to realize the "Life Review" is just that....just a life review and everyone was playing a part, just as a the role in a movie whereas the bad cowboys vs the good guys, hate each other in the movie, but hours later (off the set) they're all sitting in a bar drinking beer, laughing, and telling each other how great of a job they did in the movie (earth). So....don't worry about the "Life Review." Watch it and just know, when the good and bad actions by humans is displayed to you, just think..."OK, let's move on!" That alone tells me more about ascension and raising vibrations/frequency from the great knowledge I have learned here and on other videos.
We actually do put together a script, along with the Director, Lighting, Costume and Stage Experts lol. We set the intention, everyone agrees, particularly ourselves, on what the rough outline is, and then we step on stage. "All the world is a stage".

There at a lot of red flags within what you're describing. This concept of amnesia/memory wipe along with a "contract" we must agree to. This is a dangerous scenario for someone to put themself in. You wouldn't do this here on Earth because you know you need to be fully lucid to make important decisions and agreements. I would never agree to any legal binding contract while simultaneously agreeing to be memory wiped. You'd have to drug me in order to convince me this is a good idea. As for this just being a giant stage or a movie and we all have a script to follow and we'll all be laughing about it and drinking beer together when its over, this always strikes me as something that would be said by someone who really has not experienced a life full of pain/suffering. It's so easy to shrug it off as "just a game" or just "a movie" if your most traumatic memories were breif and are years behind you, or if you really haven't experience that much trauma at all. Imagine telling this to someone who was kidnapped and trafficked and has experienced nothing a life ofpure hell. Yep, sounds like something they'd have to be drugged in order to agree to go experience 🧐🤔
@@JessG_20 When you take off your clothes, after a hard day's work, do you stand around grieving about how difficult the day must have been for those clothes? No. Once you pass a certain stage in the dying process (and remember, these are NEAR death experiences) then you can look at that body, like an outfit you wore. Did it work well? Yes or no. Did it suit the purpose? Yes or no. That's it. No judgement on it, or what It went through. My opinion is that we come here to experience CHANGE. Where we come from, it just always IS. Here, we change from one state to another, one emotion to another. In order to fully involve ourselves, we do a partial memory wipe. Otherwise no one here would have anything to say about the topic, merely from meditating or doing yogic practices. There'd be nothing to recall, so it's not a complete memory wipe at all. Once you truly understand what is underneath the entire game mechanism, there are no anomalies or feelings of victimhood. You are the Puppet Master, and this self you look at is an integral part of The Master. Read the real, genuine fairy tale about Pinocchio. Not the Disney version. We set out for adventures, we can lead ourselves "astray" and we can find our own way home, but we orchestrate, at the higher level, the whole play. The Free Will exercise is mostly before incarnation, but is not exempted from being used during it.
I've experienced that golden light with shard streaks of white through it 40 years ago, and the feeling of unconditional love is out of this world... from another demension. The spiritual world 💯% exists.

Why does it feel like such a tall order to relinquish negativity and send love to those who have hurt us? If it's the right thing to do, for ourselves, and for others, why does it feel so impossible?
Because of your ego. Because of your fear of not being loved (''if he/she loved me he/she would or he/she would not xyz'') Because of your perception that there is not love, not in that person, in your life's situations, in the world in general. It gets easier when you stop looking and expecting love and validation outside yourself. When you forgive everyone (yourself included) and start loving everyone (yourself included) unconditionally. As you give yourself ''permission'' to be who you are you need to give that to everyone else as well. Someone hurting you? Probably a bad day. Most likely something going on that has nothing to do with you. Love and compassion...
A technique you could try, to make it not feel so impossible, is to remember we are all part of the one Christ consciousness, i.e. God is in all of us, and we are part of God. So, try to see Jesus (or the God of your beliefs) in others or look for good in individuals, particularly those who hurt you. It is easier when they are doing good deeds or helping people in need, and not hurting others, but nevertheless, I find relinquishing negativity and sending love to all makes more sense and is slightly easier when approached this way,

When I had my babies I was able to learn forgiveness. I now see everyone’s inner child. I think how they are someone’s baby. I also know hurt ppl hurt ppl. When I remember these things my mothers heart cannot help but to love and to forgive. I had had some evil things done to me so I’m thankful I am able to forgive because I could be really stuck in depression and anger if I wasn’t able to forgive. Forgiveness is good for oneself. Don’t hang onto these negative emotions. ❤

I've been trying to figure out a way out of this for a very long time ,every time I meet someone ,I internally judge them and then later realize they are just souls that need love ....

Yeah, this reinforces what I've read in other peoples' NDEs. I've heard that being human is a very special assignment and one NDEr said, "They're lined up around the block to get in here."
To be fair, the buddha said this 2500 years ago. He said that it is very special and a privilege to be a human because it's not to bad and not to good. So you have room to grow but also the motivation to do so.

It doesn't mean you excuse what they did, but you recognize that only a wounded, broken, or sick person would do such things. Holding onto anger and resentment against them is pointless because they were acting out of unawareness. It's like the insanity defense, only acknowledging that we're all insane.

In my opinion, regarding the vision/dream mentioned:
The “monster” is anyone or anything negative that we perceive.
The monster is the person who cut in front of you in the grocery, the coworker who let you catch the blame for their mistake, the foul weather that cancels your beach day, the nightstand that you stubbed your toe on, the partner who crushed your heart, etc… all of what we perceive as “negative”.
The point is to learn to face these things, and respond to them in the most loving way we possibly can.
That is how we raise our frequency/vibration. Not only our own individually… but that of the entire planet.

I'm concerned because I suffer from intractable pain and sickness every day. I wonder now how many times I've been through this same life.
My astrological natal chart tells me I terminate this life early, but I know now that I can't if I don't want this to keep repeating, and I do not. My chart also tells me not to get regressed, so what did I do in my past lives? Yes, I've made some mistakes in this lifetime too. I don't know what's up for me. I am looking forward to finding out when it's my turn to die (naturally). I guess I'll find out then.

I wish I had more control over my mind. That would be GOLD. I have ADHD, some depression and social anxiety also really bad fight or flight. Gosh I've done and said things I really really regret. People with ADHD, you know the struggle I'm sure. "Hell in a hand basket" is what I feel like sometimes.

I had to go away and meditate after she spoke of the life review. To my feelings it makes zero sense unless for some reason we are sent to earth to be tortured and smile. No other reason?
Only good thoughts. That is so far removed from my Love, I have doubts about intentions here. The story brings fear and shame about own thoughts when we feel, or see, crimes against humanity (children).
My whole family is silent like her. Big trouble coming in my book for the prideful, lustful, who harm the minds of children; but even worse for the mother. I saw MY life review where all of my senses of intuition were removed, and not by me. I sacrificed my son to this earth cult by believing in tolerance. I will pay for that until I die and am in the arms of Love again. It is not here.

I feel like that as a mother and it is the loneliest place to be for me because it’s hard to trust the well being of why my children came here unless I trusted too much. If the immediate world around me is a reflection of where I’m at, what would I conclude as to how far I’ve gotten/what I’ve learned?
I think we are not all here because we are less. Maybe our point of view is that we are less and the media definitely reflects that to us. If I can practice tolerating more love in my day to day I would call it good.
My hardest thing to overcome are animal and child abusers. I know I’m getting in trouble when I die I just can’t get over evil ppl. I’ll keep praying though

There’s a moment where she mentions her spirit returning to its body by a hand grabbing her through her body’s bellybutton. This is a detail that is very meaningful for me because my tribe believes that the soul enters and exits the body through there. We even say that if you see a spirit at night, you need to cover your bellybutton so it doesn’t enter you. I’ve heard some other experiences mention something like this, and those always strike me as the most believable ones. And this guest seems extremely genuine. Thanks for sharing!

At the 47 minute mark, her answer is actually exactly what Orthodox Judaism teaches: our soul is innately good, we want to do good and get closer to our Creator, to G-d. It's when we're down in this material world we get distracted and lose sight of that purpose and worsen our character traits and get distance from Gd. We have to then work on our behavior and improve our character traits to become better people and make the world a better, holier, place.

I hate this life it’s not a blessing and I’m religious. I’m disabled, not family, I don’t see anyone and so lonely. I fail to see the purpose
This is like saying the life in the body is like biofeedback for our spirits to learn how to get a grip
I've been a student of these subjects for 2 years and this is what I perceive. I do believe we are living an illusion and planet earth is nothing more than a school and "movie set." We are all actors without a script, but agreed to a tribal spiritual family/friends/enemies, etc pre-life contract (with amnesia). We follow the staged show somewhat, and veer off now and then, which makes it VERY INTERESTING for "Source" to "Enjoy." Therefore, I (think) I know how to deal with the "LIFE REVIEW" in order to NOT be overwhelmed with actions, words, etc against another human, and will use my new found knowledge (over there) to realize the "Life Review" is just that....just a life review and everyone was playing a part, just as a the role in a movie whereas the bad cowboys vs the good guys, hate each other in the movie, but hours later (off the set) they're all sitting in a bar drinking beer, laughing, and telling each other how great of a job they did in the movie (earth). So....don't worry about the "Life Review." Watch it and just know, when the good and bad actions by humans is displayed to you, just think..."OK, let's move on!" That alone tells me more about ascension and raising vibrations/frequency from the great knowledge I have learned here and on other videos.
We actually do put together a script, along with the Director, Lighting, Costume and Stage Experts lol. We set the intention, everyone agrees, particularly ourselves, on what the rough outline is, and then we step on stage. "All the world is a stage".
@@Kayenne54 I use "script" as we do not have to memorize what we will say, etc, but are given a role. Then...it's how we play the role, using words based on our ego, love, hate and fear.
There at a lot of red flags within what you're describing. This concept of amnesia/memory wipe along with a "contract" we must agree to. This is a dangerous scenario for someone to put themself in. You wouldn't do this here on Earth because you know you need to be fully lucid to make important decisions and agreements.
I would never agree to any legal binding contract while simultaneously agreeing to be memory wiped. You'd have to drug me in order to convince me this is a good idea.
As for this just being a giant stage or a movie and we all have a script to follow and we'll all be laughing about it and drinking beer together when its over, this always strikes me as something that would be said by someone who really has not experienced a life full of pain/suffering. It's so easy to shrug it off as "just a game" or just "a movie" if your most traumatic memories were breif and are years behind you, or if you really haven't experience that much trauma at all. Imagine telling this to someone who was kidnapped and trafficked and has experienced nothing a life ofpure hell. Yep, sounds like something they'd have to be drugged in order to agree to go experience 🧐🤔
@@JessG_20 When you take off your clothes, after a hard day's work, do you stand around grieving about how difficult the day must have been for those clothes? No. Once you pass a certain stage in the dying process (and remember, these are NEAR death experiences) then you can look at that body, like an outfit you wore. Did it work well? Yes or no. Did it suit the purpose? Yes or no. That's it. No judgement on it, or what It went through. My opinion is that we come here to experience CHANGE. Where we come from, it just always IS. Here, we change from one state to another, one emotion to another. In order to fully involve ourselves, we do a partial memory wipe. Otherwise no one here would have anything to say about the topic, merely from meditating or doing yogic practices. There'd be nothing to recall, so it's not a complete memory wipe at all. Once you truly understand what is underneath the entire game mechanism, there are no anomalies or feelings of victimhood. You are the Puppet Master, and this self you look at is an integral part of The Master. Read the real, genuine fairy tale about Pinocchio. Not the Disney version. We set out for adventures, we can lead ourselves "astray" and we can find our own way home, but we orchestrate, at the higher level, the whole play. The Free Will exercise is mostly before incarnation, but is not exempted from being used during it.

Why does it feel like such a tall order to relinquish negativity and send love to those who have hurt us? If it's the right thing to do, for ourselves, and for others, why does it feel so impossible?
Because of your ego. Because of your fear of not being loved (''if he/she loved me he/she would or he/she would not xyz'') Because of your perception that there is not love, not in that person, in your life's situations, in the world in general. It gets easier when you stop looking and expecting love and validation outside yourself. When you forgive everyone (yourself included) and start loving everyone (yourself included) unconditionally. As you give yourself ''permission'' to be who you are you need to give that to everyone else as well. Someone hurting you? Probably a bad day. Most likely something going on that has nothing to do with you. Love and compassion...
A technique you could try, to make it not feel so impossible, is to remember we are all part of the one Christ consciousness, i.e. God is in all of us, and we are part of God. So, try to see Jesus (or the God of your beliefs) in others or look for good in individuals, particularly those who hurt you. It is easier when they are doing good deeds or helping people in need, and not hurting others, but nevertheless, I find relinquishing negativity and sending love to all makes more sense and is slightly easier when approached this way,
