I thought I knew all building/demolishing tricks, but it just hit me that using roads for "gain happiness" is just brilliant and so convenient, I never thought of using roads for this, thanks so much
Colonial is my all time favorite age and this grand prize fits well into the colonial era, it looks lovely and its got a insane attack bonus great efficiency. You will be stupid not to get one, this is one of the best event buildings.
This event has helped me develop my cities attack. The summer event has always been a great event. At +25% attack each I want 4-5, gonna need a bigger city. Thanks for the video Foehints.
🚩Just want to add some great tips, especially for players new to events.. The absolute BEST, easiest, cheapest and fastest way of collecting goods for these "collect goods quests" are so called "goods rotations". (Remember, you must to be in an active guild with many active players for this advice..) Example: If you need to collect 100 goods for the quest, just put up 50 of two types of goods you have atleast 50 of in your inventory. Let's say 50 gold for example in exchange for 50 honey. ( Remember to click the window for guild trade only.) Then do the same again but with the trade reversed. 50 honey for 50 gold. Now simply put up these two trades into your guild and ask for "Rotation help". People will usually help you fast if you are in a good active guild. :) 🚩Tip 2 for gaining happiness quests. (For low ages mainly..) Simply build the biggest of the bronze age decorations, i forgot the name but its the 2x2 one made of tusks/bones or whatever. :) these are cheap and build fast. Build and sell build and sell build and sell untill you are done!. By the way. It can be good to think twice before selling anything from your inventory when you know events are comming soon, anything you dont have use for now could come in handy for event quests later on. Like Foehints showed in the video than can be residential buildings, but also many other things like motivation kits (especially the mass motivation kits.) Also rush kits can be needed.. 🚩Great strategy: I suggest everyone as a preparation checkout the complete questline for the event on the fandom website for example and write all these quests down in a notebook.. (You can also copy and paste also if you are on a computer, much easier..) If you have to write down by hand, then atleast write down a few ones ahead of the quest you are currdntly on, this way you can plan ahead and make preparations for whatever you will need for them in good time. This have helped me ALOT! :) Good luck!
i've just annouced to my guild the info you just gave about the gorvernor's palace, now they just can't wait untill late jully. personnaly i am also glad to ear that i'll be able to complete my crest's nest
For anyone watching this a year later (preparing for the Summer 2021 event), the values shown here for the Governor's villa (from beta) are incorrect. On live, it produces up to 35 goods per day (at L9), 4 units per day, 8 forge points (good enough!), lots of coins/population/happiness, and still has a pretty good attack bonus for your attacking army. All around, it's an excellent building, and well worth trying to get as a "special" during the Summer 2021 event. The upcoming Pirate Hideout event building is very similar (so far, unless they change it from beta), except that it has a random production component. It has a 40% chance of producing 40fp, which works out at an average of 16fp/day, which is fairly good for its size (5x6), although it produces slightly fewer goods and does not produce military units. The Attack bonus of the Pirate Hideout is almost the same as the Governor's Villa, but very slightly LESS in the highest era (SAV). Finally, the Pirate Hideout can have some additional buildings chained to it, like the fields of the Terracotta Vineyard. The additional chained buildings are similar to the Terracotta fields in size (5x2) and output (e.g. one of them can produce 4fp/day). The additional chained buildings are less attractive for well-developed cities (9 goods and +8 defense boost for attacking army is a bit weak), but are still good as replacements for Terrace Farms, if you have those in your city.
On the boosts, while yes the extra turn is fastest I've also come to find the 30 minute attack boost is another good boost to use as it only lasts 30 minutes and costs half that of extra turn! Thank you so so so much as I have so many questions that I would very much appreciate if you have the time to answer but I will post on the corresponding video!
This is a tricky one. Goods I have enough, space I have not. If the villa produced FP I would build it no doubt. So is the ~25% attack bonus worth it for a 5x6 space?
Seriously, that villa is like a little great momument XD, and can't wait for your part deux of this video, am curious what tricks you use for the wheel of fortune :D
A 3rd option for getting supplies is the recurring quest unbirthday jester. Sure you spend coins and supplies but if you're in a hurry you could get lucky
Zeitalters in zweiter Welle bitte gewinnen?

Oh the one question for this, so I began playing December 2019! But I want the crows nest! However in 2020 Archeology event I wanted the worlds fair!! I tried my hardest and ended up with WF but only to 6 and I was seeing if you have any tips on how to get a level 10 Crows nest?
@@FoEhints Halloween I'm so excited for! I only started playing in December and at first I got into an awful guild which used lower era players and would tell them to make cities left to right not rectangle and then sell all your Shrines of knowledge! And don't bother with event buildings! But I began looking up information which is when I found your videos and needless to say I've finally made my first million in ranking points as well as when neighbors change I'm in top 20! And it's with the knowledge I learned from you that I was able to go from being a poor player to knowing how to best approach most things! I can't thank you enough but in a pay it forward fashion I try to tell Iron age or so players how to use aiding all to get the BP for first GBs! And so much more! I look forward to more videos as you cover everything! Ich danke dir sehr!
Can you tell me when this event is going to start in italian servers? Or where I can find some information about the date of the release. Thanks, and greetings from Italy!
Troops and goods are good but I guess they're expecting people to focus on the Hippodrome in the soccer event for the forge points and defense. Between this mansion, the Hippodrome, the Royal Bathhouse and that lighthouse thing someone saw on a map, I'm wondering what Inno has planned for the next big PvP aspect of the game.
As I've been playing since December 2019, but in this event I really want the crows nest at highest level, and I was curious as to what do you think the odds are of being able to get it? Thank you always!
The 25% bonus attack is insanely good but I really missing forge points on this building. Population we got more then needed with innovation tower and happines from alcatraz, the forge points would make this perfect but w/t FP I not sure if I gonna use it... Does it worth only for the attack bonus?
I have a question ......the race track with the chariots going around inside close to the governors mansion . What is the building name and what event did it come from ? I've been playing 6-7 years and have never seen it . thank you .
@@FoEhints It will look nice in my cities ! Looks to be a 3x6 or 7 ? Discovered you and immediately subscribed about 5 months ago , thank you for taking the time to help other's , it is very much appreciated !
You do not on get enough Doubloons to get to levle nine upgrade without spending diamonds - only 2 out of 80 guild members will achieve this based on additional doubloons from incidents - don't forget this game had to make a profit so expect to spend £20-£30 to fully upgrade.
I have one Q on you. Can you tell me how many diamonds I need to get for getting the second villa and third villa? Let's count that I buy that 20e pack with diamonds when event currency will be available. And I will be unlucky to get any single one from incidents around city...
Awesome video thanks, i really enjoy all of your videos. Can you tell me please in your city you have a hippodrome, I also want one, can you please tell me how?
If Possible: Could you please tell me in "Bronze Age" what is the main item that produces Gold and are there that also produce Diamonds in that era? They did exists back then even though they may have just been throwing them like rocks! 😄 Thanks......
Gold? There is a good named gold, produced in the related production building and by many event buildings, but I think you mean coins. Coins come from residential buildings and event buildings. Diamonds can be won in the guild expedition. The wishing well has a small chance to give some diamonds.
@@Lunaticboy9182 Yea I know but having 2 separate worlds (1) Bronze and (1) Currently in Iron Age - I prefer Bronze Age, besides my Bronze Age I will not advance further but will also get it Maxed out - as I have been helping others to advance and think I will just do that within the Bronze Era.
Is there a way to quickly "gain population"? This is the quest that causes me the most delay. I can buy faster construction from the Tavern but are there other ways?
I like how you said defeating even large armies is easy. What the ...? I struggle to beat medium sized armies, especially when there is a mix of units. What’s the trick?
Key words for all those above future....GOODS OF YOUR AGE. Even Mars. I use a dozen sleighs to get 15 goods each every 24 hours. Gov Villa can replace three of those, take up less space, and give me 25% attack boost and 4 Troops a day and only 5 less goods than the three sleighs.
It (the manor ) is massive at 5*6 , 4 *6 it would only be taking up one and half spaces. Looks fun , though we don't seem to be getting the football event (boring main reward from what I saw ) They need to bring back Historical events , nothing beats having Famous figures walking around your city. Shame I missed M. Monroe and MLK jnr 😡
Can you please mention the number of golden prizes we can expect to win from the wheel? I'm sure there is no exact number but I was wondering if you suggest we go for a complete set of crows nest or its best to try for some other random prizes?
I think this is a complete list: 20 Forge Points Gigantic Medals Pack Governor's Villa Lvl 1 Guard Post Selection Kit Pirate Selection Kit Royal Selection Kit Trader Selection Kit Sentinel Outpost Lvl 1 Shrine of Knowledge Store Building Sunken Treasure Tactician's Tower Lvl 1 The Crow's Nest Selection Kit The Ship Selection Kit Wishing Well Wishing Well Shrink Kit
what goods does this governors... give for example in modern era, like what i mean, are those goods from modern era or those needed to make modern era goods?

NO FORGE POINTS, NO DEAL!!! Just joking. It's not bad, but not a gate-crasher. The Asylum is the best in terms of bonus, fp, and a nice, neat square foot print. The Gods walked the earth then...

I look forward to more videos as you cover everything! Ich danke dir sehr!
Can you tell me when this event is going to start in italian servers? Or where I can find some information about the date of the release. Thanks, and greetings from Italy!
soccer cup maybe Thursday
summer event: end of July / August
pure io mi stavi chiedendo con che tempistiche sarebbero partiti i due eventi... @foehints thx for tips
Don’t place and sell buildings to “gain supplies”. Simply do Unbirthday recurring quest until you have the required supplies
The main event building in this one is the best event building we have ever gotten.
For new players it is very very good yes. But the attack bonus and number of goods are extremely good for everyone also!
The 25% bonus attack is insanely good but I really missing forge points on this building. Population we got more then needed with innovation tower and happines from alcatraz, the forge points would make this perfect but w/t FP I not sure if I gonna use it...
Does it worth only for the attack bonus?
I want it because of the attack bonus
I have a question ......the race track with the chariots going around inside close to the governors mansion . What is the building name and what event did it come from ? I've been playing 6-7 years and have never seen it . thank you .
It is the Hippodrome, the Grand Prize of the soccer cup event that will starrt very soon.
And I will be unlucky to get any single one from incidents around city...
question noted. I am going to finish the event tomorrow. Then I should be able to calculate that.
@@FoEhints thank you...
i hope i can at least reach lvl 5 beacuse 13% attack bonus is phenomenal for me!
FoEhints, is there a quest listing available, or upcomming? best regards
yes, will come. You will find it in the first pinned comment below Part 2 of the summer event video.
You have also attack bonus with the villa if your in the early middle age ?
oh yes, a bit less than in higher ages, but a lot compared to other possibilities for increasing attack bonus in EMA
Awesome video thanks, i really enjoy all of your videos. Can you tell me please in your city you have a hippodrome, I also want one, can you please tell me how?
Play the upcoming soccer cup event
If Possible: Could you please tell me in "Bronze Age" what is the main item that produces Gold and are there that also produce Diamonds in that era? They did exists back then even though they may have just been throwing them like rocks! 😄 Thanks......
Gold? There is a good named gold, produced in the related production building and by many event buildings, but I think you mean coins. Coins come from residential buildings and event buildings.
Diamonds can be won in the guild expedition. The wishing well has a small chance to give some diamonds.
@@FoEhints Thank You! :)
Plus bronze age is meant to skip
@@Lunaticboy9182 Now You tell me! Lol
Build a production building and demolish it. The demolishing is counted as adding population. Repeat it until the required number is fullfilled.
@@FoEhints Nice! I'll give this a shot the next time I get such a quest,
Build residential buildings of bronze age
Hey. How do you enable that little marker for unnattached units? I cant find it in settings
settings: highlighting unattached units
Its only available in browser version
Abhishek Deval i see. Thank you
I'm just wondering if I should get crows nest 2 or not
Can you have multiple villas and double the perks?
This is explained at the end of part 2
The building has been updated to provide 8 x FPs now.

yes, there is a journal video mentioning it and a part 2 video for this event with more details.
The quest started on Beta 6 days ago. So how long do we have to wait til it goes live on the main game?
August
I like how you said defeating even large armies is easy. What the ...? I struggle to beat medium sized armies, especially when there is a mix of units. What’s the trick?
the trick is habing bonuses. This event again helps you to increase your bonus significantly
Trick is strategy
Which is according to opponents army
Does this event start in July?
end of July or August
Key words for all those above future....GOODS OF YOUR AGE. Even Mars. I use a dozen sleighs to get 15 goods each every 24 hours. Gov Villa can replace three of those, take up less space, and give me 25% attack boost and 4 Troops a day and only 5 less goods than the three sleighs.
I just need 1 crow's nest upgrade from this event, i missed the last upgrade last year ^.^
When the the summer event start
When does the event become live from beta?
I mentioned it at the begining of the video: start end of July or August
Getting deep into this event on beta, meanwhile live still needs the soccer event, lol
Does the event start next weekend
soccer cup maybe Thursday
summer event: end of July / August
when will this event start ? or did i miss that lol
I mentioned it at the begining of the video: start end of July or August
It (the manor ) is massive at 5*6 , 4 *6 it would only be taking up one and half spaces. Looks fun , though we don't seem to be getting the football event (boring main reward from what I saw ) They need to bring back Historical events , nothing beats having Famous figures walking around your city. Shame I missed M. Monroe and MLK jnr 😡
Where's the soccer cup event?
coming soon (Thursday?). The summer event is in August. But the event guide can already help in the soccer cup event.
@@FoEhints tank you
what is the beta server? why dont i have that event
You will get the summer event in summer (August 2020).
Beta Server: ua-cam.com/video/kki4DiIm2GU/v-deo.html
Can you please mention the number of golden prizes we can expect to win from the wheel? I'm sure there is no exact number but I was wondering if you suggest we go for a complete set of crows nest or its best to try for some other random prizes?
I think this is a complete list:
20 Forge Points
Gigantic Medals Pack
Governor's Villa Lvl 1
Guard Post Selection Kit
Pirate Selection Kit
Royal Selection Kit
Trader Selection Kit
Sentinel Outpost Lvl 1
Shrine of Knowledge
Store Building
Sunken Treasure
Tactician's Tower Lvl 1
The Crow's Nest Selection Kit
The Ship Selection Kit
Wishing Well
Wishing Well Shrink Kit
HOW YOU OPENED INCIDENT BAR ??!!
Watch the journal video where I introduced the FoEhelper
They buffed the Villa
Yes. Part 2 of the video and the journal emphasised that.
i just saw an AD saying that it was impossible to last more than 5 minutes playing this game and watching this video showed me that was a lie
Thank You!
C'mon guys so far over a hundred views and like 10 likes.... SMASH the LIKE button on the way out. Another great informative video
what goods does this governors... give for example in modern era, like what i mean, are those goods from modern era or those needed to make modern era goods?
you receive the goods of the modern era.
@@FoEhints thank you :)
they haven't even announced soccer cup, what's the point of posting videos of events that may not come at all
I explained it in the video: The event quest guide will also help you in the soccer cup event. This is why I published it that early.
@@FoEhints see point I was raising was if there is going to be a soccer event. even the GE upgrades haven't occurred yet
@@adityafunda He's not a psychic or an employee of InnoGames,. he's on the Beta & taking time to show us what InnoGames are testing - nothing on Beta is guaranteed but it will usually be a great predictor of what may come to the live servers. All we can do is speculate.
TL;DR - Give the man a break.
🤯
NO FORGE POINTS, NO DEAL!!!
Just joking. It's not bad, but not a gate-crasher. The Asylum is the best in terms of bonus, fp, and a nice, neat square foot print. The Gods walked the earth then...
This event looks lame. Prlly will just play for the dailies. At some point, attack bonus just becomes redundant and overused
Loll it will never happen if you play gbg
No FP? No thank you.
Proprio un evento schifezza peggio ancora dell evento archeologia 👎😴
why do you think this is worse crap than archaeology?
usually this event is the most popular. It is a great opportunity, especially for new players. Use it to accelerate your development.
Garbage event.
