Brother I've been binge watching your videos and I've got to tell you that you have came a long way not only in fabrication but in life as well I'm glad you got your family in church an that the lord has blessed you and your business keep up the faith and hard work
You have inspired me to learn how to weld and start building my own pit down here in New Zealand. Your a master of your trade and no doubt you make things look far easier than they are for a learner but we all got to start somewhere. You have given me tonnes of design inspiration. Keep up your amazing work!
Awesome Allen !! If we were neighbors I'd be over there helping you out ! I wouldn't mind the noise, I have a fairly good stockpile of earplugs from construction jobs that I used to work !! 😁😁😁👍👍🤜🤛✌
Great video Allen, as a fabricator in a small engineering shop I do a lot of repair work and a good dose of new too :-) love your work bro especially the side burners or reverse flow (-: just also say sweet skills on da oxy torch it's not easy to free hand straight lines like that. Keep up the great work
Love your videos chief, your wrk is excellent. I’m going to give you a tip for working quicker (I was something in the cheffing world, back in the day), as everything I ever did was to speed things up. Try to get lots of the same job done at once. Say you’re cutting tubing, cut ALL the tubing at once (as much as you can). Then move onto the next job, all the plate. All the handles welded etc, you get the picture. Speed comes from repetition and you can build up more speed sticking to one job at a time. It’s all in the prep work, just like in a kitchen. Keep going anyway, you’re doing fantastic stuff.
Great videos Allen! Do you use hot rolled steel for all of your grill grates? The coal basket and grill grates almost look like stainless steel after they're installed (Around 16:00 in this video), or at least look like bare metal without mill scale. If these are HR steel, how do you get all of the mill scale off? When welding them together I can clearly see there's mill scale still on the square tubing. Keep up the good work!
Imagine that more great lookin projects completed by Allen, brother you've got some skills. Where do you get your clamp down handles? Keep up the great work my friend.
Love Your Videos, Not A Pro Welder Like You, Building A 20 x45 casing, With A 20x20x20 Firebox, What Size Opening Would You Recommend For Firebox to Cooking Chamber
Great work. Allen. Is this your full time job or do you do this as a sideline? You need your own shop and a retail store. Folks will beat a path to your door for quality.
Hi Allen. since you weld often outside, how much wind can blow before you experience problems with the Gas not covering well the welding pool? Thanks in advance for the answer and keep up with the good videos! Sart0
When it comes to the math, what do you use to find those angles? And if there's a source out there that shows the angles can you link it. I am one that wants to play around with this but am unbelievably horrible at math.
Hi Allen, I saw a smoker that you made, it's called reverse flow, traditional offset smoker duo, I really love that smoker, is there any chance of me asking you for the plans on how to build one for myself please if it's ok with you.
I don't see how you get so much done without an indoor shop. If I ever plan to weld outside, it could be sunny all week until the day I plan to drive home and work. I'll make the 12 Mile drive from work to home and as soon as I get out of the truck it will start raining.
You are not a welder, not a iron worker, not a country smoke builder. You are a true artist! Great art.
Thanks, I appreciate that!
Hey Allen.
You talk about getting faster with getting these done sooner.
You put out an excellent product. Don't suffer quality for quantity.
One of the best channels on YT👍🏽👍🏽

It’s nice to see you have a new welder and plasma. That’s gotta save time in itself! Weld on and keep the clips comin!!
Pure magic, love watching your videos, i love the added cooking
Awesome Allen !!

For your consideration, placing the shelf 2inches below the chamber door would possibly allow unobstructed opening.
Your a busy man Al. Stuff everywhere. Love it mate.

Great work. Allen. Is this your full time job or do you do this as a sideline? You need your own shop and a retail store. Folks will beat a path to your door for quality.
Congratulations on the beautiful work.
How about you change for Brazil Mr. Allen
So all this is 0.030 flux core? Looks pretty good, Lincoln wire?
That was hard wire, er70s6, Washington alloy wire
How much for the last reverse flow in this video? That great work.

Brother, love your work but you really need to be using a respirator when you're spray painting. Your lungs will thank you.
First!
I love your videos but that’s the ugliest fire pit I’ve ever seen. It needs to say Roll Tide! No man you do incredible work. Keep it up!
