As a big IUFB support 6-6 would be great for year one. IU is putting a lot of money into football, so hopefully they see some success on the field in the near future.
as Coach Cig has said, 6-6 will not be a success this yr...his prep is special and proven over 13 yrs as HC...I project 8-4, at least Coach Cig is different and thrives on the details and gametime prep in every practice play - that's what it takes - tackles and receptions over sloganeering
Indiana is now 7-0 and in the CFP hunt after dismantling Nebraska and their top 10 defense . Indiana is currently favored in every game left on their schedule except Ohio State .
I think you assess each college team based on its head coach. IU's old coach Allen tolerated a level of mistakes that Coach Cignetti just doesn't. So you can't really say "New IU same as the old IU". Western Illinois, Charlotte and FIU are all in the Green level. Western is worse than the other two, but that just means that Western is likelier to lose by more to IU than are Charlotte and FIU. Both of those will still lose to this IU team more than 80% of attempts. Purdue just isn't very good. IU is going to win. That's in the Blue level. NW doesn't have a home field this season, so that game is in the White level with IU favored. Nebraska is not a buttoned-up team, so that's a pickem game. UCLA has a new coach and is more of an academic school than an athletic school, so a pickem game. Washington without its starting QB and its fabulous head coach was 4-5, 3-1, and 3-6 in conference play. That's what Washington has been and what Washington will be. Advantage IU. Michigan State also has a new head coach and was another team that struggled to beat the old IU. Advantage IU. Maryland is worse than last year without its veteran QB. And Maryland could barely beat the old IU. Advantage IU. Michigan this year isn't Michigan last year, but it's still in the Orange. There are enough guys back from last year that IU isn't beating Michigan. Advantage Michigan. And Ohio State is favored to win the whole thing this year, and they're not losing to IU at home. So I've got IU as favored in 8 games, with 2 pickem games and 2 losses. 9-3 and losing in the B18 championship game to OSU again. Then getting into the CFP and winning one game before losing the second. Final record 10-5.
They should start the season at 3-0.. Most of these games are 50/50 games for Indiana Wins: GUY, Western Illinois, Charlotte Underdogs: Michigan, Ohio State, UCLA, Washington 50/50 Games: Maryland, Nebraska, Michigan State, Purdue I have Indiana going either 5-7 or 6-6 this season

Now there 8-0 hopefully 9-0 soon
@ if you would have told me the Hoosiers would be 10-0 going into the bye week before OSU. I would have called you a liar. It’s been a blast so far!
Coach Cig!! I can’t wait to see what he can do at Indiana!!
he did a lot...
8-3 Hoosiers turn it around this year! May be a crazy prediction, but what the heck I’m tired of losing!
Looking pretty close to accurate lol
@@kodymayersdorf4335if not undershooting at this point lol could see them winning out besides Ohio State

Please do SMU next. Im rlly interested to see where u have them
After beating the dog piss out of UCLA at the Rose Bowl, I have big hopes for us!
6-6 would be great. Obviously hope for better but breaking even would be great for this program

Indiana 7-5 jamie . Indiana our, Indiana 😊
This is the time of the season for optimism for all teams and there is nothing wrong with that. Go HOOSIERS!!!
The 50:50 games for Indiana in my opinion are UCLA, Maryland, Nebraska, Washington, Michigan State, Michigan, and Purdue.
I think not-Michigan
1-5 here
@@JamesRufert-ry7nm what do you mean
I might be a little biased but I would lean more towards yellow for the Maryland game and white for the northwestern game.
Doubt it Indiana at home against a Maryland that no Longer has Tuas brother to carry them anymore white seems just about right
